Great customer service from Vertu, York!
I recently purchased a New Renault Captur from Vertu York and found the service to be very efficient and friendly. Katie who looked after us was great. She had a friendly but knowledgeable approach and could answer all questions asked. Once the deal was made, her follow up was exactly as promised and any queries were dealt with promptly. Handover went smoothly, thanks to Katie.
Good service seems hard to find these days so it was much appreciated - I would have no hesitation in recommending Vertu and Katie.

Katie Pulleyn was my sales person at Vertu Dacia York. she was professional and friendly through every stage of my purchase. arranging for the car to be delivered from Exeter to York, the test drive, service check and final collection (she even came in on her day off to complete the sale.) Supported by a good manager and team. on the 10th,11th and 19th March 2026. I will certainly consider buying from there again.

Marcus wasn't your typical "Car Dealer", he was very laid back, polite and never pushy.
The test run was one of the best, as his knowledge made you test the car, in heavy traffic, country roads and a fifty miles an hour section.
I would recommended Vertu Motors and Marcus.
