The sales Lady who sold me the car was very polite and talked to me about the car i was intrested in.I have had 3 Renaults before and only stopped buying them after Renault pulled out of York

Jack Foster from Vertu in York was extremely helpful. He was able to help with the purchase of a new car. He explained all about Insurance plans and delivery process. On collection of car spent time showing me how everything worked and also paired my phone to car. Would recommend dealing with Jack if you are buying a car from his dealership.

Highly professional service and completely stress free
The team made the process of buying a new car incredibly streamlined and easy, providing clarity that greatly assisted my neurodiverse and accessibility needs. After some poor experiences at local dealers in Wakefield, it speaks volumes that I was more than happy to travel to York to conduct this transaction. Confidant buying from another County
So happy with my new car. The sales team were amazing and made me feel extremely comfortable that I was buying a car without seeing in the flesh or driving first. I have owned a Dacia for five years so I knew the car and seen the model. So even though the car was in their York branch and I’m down in Cornwall, I knew I was going to be looked after and get a great deal. I want to make a special mention to Marcus Ladlow for taking the time to do a personalised video twice for me to view so I could make an informed choice on the perfect car for me. Thanks

Another new car from Vertue York
We only use Vertu York both Mini and Dacia for all our cars because of the high level of customer service. The staff are professional, very personable and extremely helpful. Colby Jackson-Shepherd was a pleasure to deal with and enhanced our car buying experience. He kept us informed throughout the process. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
