Vertu Motors - Ford Bolton レビュー 

I was recently in the market to change my Transit Custom…….Following an utterly shambolic experience at Pentagon Ford Runcorn that lasted over 6 weeks and resulted in me NOT acquiring a vehicle…..on the 16th December I contacted Vertu Ford Bolton and arranged a visit to see their stock……the difference was like night and day !
I dealt with a guy named David Partington who was extremely polite and knowledgeable and spent the time with me to value my part exchange. Within 24 hours I had agreed a sale on a 4 month old vehicle with a reasonable saving on new and they took my part exchange.
I received a courtesy follow up video message from David to confirm the sale and to thank me for my business which I found extremely professional.
I collected the new vehicle a week later on the 23rd December.
The whole experience was stress free and totally professional and I would highly recommend….thanks again David .

Our change of car was different this time as the previous car was discontinued. We had to assess carefully which was the best replacement taking two different wheelchairs into account and we were helped by our Motability Specialist lady. Very helpful whenever we called in to check things out.

I bought my new car from here just yesterday. I did most of it online but the people were so helpful. Mike especially who sold me my car was super helpful explained everything so well and tailored the experience to me and my schedule. The car is amazing. Thanks all.

Although it was a nine month lead-time, the representative kept us posted throughout the journey.
The vehicle looks great, drives great, lets hope the future holds trouble free motoring too.

Aneequ in the Bolton showroom, was friendly and approachable, and the car order & handover were completed efficiently.. She apologised for the delay even though it was out of her control.

Bought my car in April and it’s been nothing but a disappointment since! All sorts wrong with it. Been into the dealership every month(expect September) with all different problems. Went in again today for the same problem that has happened 8 times now and basically got told that they couldn’t do anything for me. I now have to wait for the problem to happen again for them to fix it. Extremely unhappy and will never buy from ford again, especially vertu ford Bolton. DONT BUY FROM HERE.😡😡😡

I totally understand why this branch has so many negative reviews.

I found Amir to be unprofessional, quite abrupt & rude. He was way to keen & pushy to try to achieve quick sale.

He was dishonest about their Ford Fiesta ST3 Green NU72WPL . I clearly told him to show any damage in video. He didn't do this as I found the drivers seat inner bolster to be extremely worn for its age & with a rip in it.

Bought our Kuga 5 door hatchback at Vertu Bolton. James, our salesman, showed us the type of cars that were available at Bolton and also showed us cars that were available on the computer. He explained about the deals we could have, also informing us about warranty.
Great deal with great service couldn't ask for better.

David Partington was very professional and easy to deal with when I initially called up, he knew the answers to all my questions and put my mind at ease. We arranged a time for me to come and test drive the van and he explained the process with the money transfer.

After being messed about by other dealers I got in touch with vertu online to enquire about a car. The service from Mike in the Bolton branch was fantastic he sent me a video of the car and talked me through the whole process of purchasing. Within 48 hours I had the perfect car delivered to my house!
The service from Mike was exceptional and I would highly recommend buying a car from Vertu in Bolton the whole process is simple and professional and they take all the stress of buying a new car away.
Really easy to get in touch with too no waiting on hold for ages if you phone and everyone who I spoke to was really friendly.
The car is exactly as it was described and reasonably priced. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you!!!
