Could NOT fault the service I received from gabbie the sales woman that helped me from start to finish she was fantastic, showed me everything an more that I needed to know PERFECT service 😀

The whole experience was second to none. I have purchased many cars and this was by far the best experience. Ben in Sales was informative and clear even when there were some small issues, he kept me up to date and most importantly to me, he was open and honest, no cover ups or hiding of the situation. I initially sold my car to this dealership by auction through Motorway. I accepted £14,000 offer in good faith and awaited contact from dealer. No response so I chased up only to be told my vehicle failed H.P.I. check on mileage and dealer cancelled deal. When I contacted H.P.I. I was informed third party buyer had put incorrect mileage in. I eventually sold my car for over £800 less due to this incompetence and failure of this dealership to stick to an agreed deal. I contacted their customer services and was informed that C.E.O. monitors complaints. Outcome was basically tough luck.
Latest news Motorway blame Vertu and vertu refuse to respond further. Meanwhile I am £800 worse off.
No Further response from Vertu so dont believe their comments below, they have no answer for this incompetence.

Our salesman Mike Riley was superb. The amount of knowledge he has regarding the different models for sale is infinite. He dealt with our sale professionally, not pushy and kept us upto date with the progress.

It was very efficient and helpful all through the process and the sales person Raymond went above and beyond

The advert showed a nice looking car at a reasonable price. On viewing it exceeded our expectations. The showroom was easy to find with ample parking and there were plenty of quiet roads close by to carry out a test drive. The sales staff were very friendly and dealt with all our questions informatively. The predelivery preparation was very good and the car was delivered to our home address 55 miles away at a very reasonable price. The free 4 day comprehensive insurance provided as part of the purchase was very welcome and allowed us to arrange insurance without undue rush.

Excellent service throughout the process of buying a car and afterwards. Streamlined systems. Helpful and attentive staff.

Polite, courteous and friendly service, including returning us home while we were waiting for finance to be approved with the car being delivered to us later in the day.

Avoid this place like the plague – a total embarrassment to the Ford brand.

Turned up this morning for a pre-booked appointment at Bristol Street Ford Crewe and from the moment I walked in, I was met with the enthusiasm of a wet mop. The man at the service counter barely looked up - just mumbled “name?” Gave it to him. His response? “You’re not booked in today.”

I politely explained it might be under my company name, or perhaps he could try my registration number. You’d think that would help, but no – it was met with a sigh and more blank stares. Eventually, after an awkward silence, he found the booking.

I then asked if there was somewhere I could sit and work while waiting. His colleagues reply? “This isn’t a waiting appointment - it’ll be here most of the day.” Fine, I said, I’ll happily wait. Then he hits me with: “Well, you might not even get your car back today!”

Excuse me?

Apparently, because it’s a Ford recall, if it “fails the inspection,” they’re not allowed to return the car for “safety reasons.” None of this was ever mentioned in advance, if had I could have made provisions. The car is six months old, fully under warranty and this is a Ford recall - not something I’ve caused.

So I asked, calmly and reasonably, “What happens if it fails?” His response? “You’ll have to go through Ford UK to get a hire car from Enterprise - that can take days. We can’t help.”

So to summarise: they were happy to take my car in for a recall, with zero warning that they might keep it indefinitely, offer no courtesy vehicle and leave me stranded without transport. When I questioned this, I got shrugged shoulders and the most unhelpful attitude imaginable.

Absolutely appalling. The arrogance, lack of empathy and complete absence of customer service are staggering. I’ve dealt with many main dealers and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I cancelled the appointment immediately and rebooked with another Ford dealer.

Bristol Street Ford Crewe - avoid at all costs. Rude, disinterested staff, zero communication and no understanding of customer service.

A truly dreadful experience from start to finish.

Gabbie was amazing with us from start to finish. Listened to our requirements and talked us through our options in a no pressure manner.
This is our third purchase now an we will return for our fourth.
