Value car purchase
From ringing and enquiring about a car I saw through autotrader and then onto there website, ford durham was great with my questions and passed it to morgan who helped me with these.
Paid a refundable reservation incase the car sold until I could view it, which I think is a fab idea as I was travelling further afield to view it.
Got call back from Morgan asking if there was anything I wanted him to focus on the car until I viewed it in person and videos of the car was then sent to me via txt.
Turned up for my appointment and was smooth sailing from there, viewed it, test drove, bought it.
Easy purchasing and smooth handover when collecting the car, jobs I asked to be rectified where done before collection all relevant documents recived.
Purchased from there value range which launched on the 1st April this year, and I think it's a great idea for people with smaller budgets like myself.
Car was brought upto standard through themselves before selling to customers to make them road worthy again and could totally tell this when testing and driving it home it's like brand new!
No pressure on the upsells which you can add on for very reasonable prices.
All around a great experience purchasing this car no pressure from Morgan on anything.
Would recommend this garage 👌.

Excellent service at Vertu Ford Durham
The service was excellent and our salesperson Jessica Saunders was great. She was very patient and explained everything in great detail which was essential for me as an older person. She also gave us space to make our decision on purchasing the car without any pressure. All the staff we met at this dealership were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Vertu Ford Durham to anyone who is looking to buy a Ford car.

Vertu Ford Durham - Friendly and Professional
I have just changed my car at Vertu Ford Durham and want to let you know about the excellent service I had from start to finish. The whole team are very friendly and welcoming but I must give the biggest thank you to Morgan who was so helpful, friendly and reassuring throughout. He answered all my many questions with the patience of a saint! On collection day I was thrilled to have the car unveiled in the showroom and so pleased that Morgan took the time to go through all the instructions with me before I set off in my gleaming blue Ford Focus. I can highly recommend this dealer, having had some pressured conversations at other dealers along the way. Thank you Vertu Durham!

New car purchase
The whole process of buying the car was easy and was made even better by the sales rep.
The deal was good and I was able to do some negotiations with the rep to get the car at the right price for myself and the garage.

Went into Ford Durham looking at a…
Went into Ford Durham looking at a certain car and from the off was met with Jess.
She was lovely and understanding of what I wanted in my new car and hit the ground running.
I had told her about my previous experience when looking at cars and how much of an awful experience I had.
Jess was completely different in every way way, she explained everything about the car and what different features it has. I was able to take my time and look around the car comfortably before taking it out for a test drive.
When we got back Jess sat down and made both my partner and I feel comfortable and discussed all options.
Jess talked through all the process and emails I was receiving, she kept me informed about the whole process right up until I drove away with the car.
Would definitely recommend both Jess and Ford Durham to anyone.

Jess was fantastic she really listened…
Jess was fantastic she really listened to me, kept me informed and was extremely realistic with what was avaliable for me and with the help of the sales manager (sorry I forgot his name) managed to work out the perfect deal for me and restored my faith in garages and car sales people!
