Excellent service all around
No pressure sales force. Very friendly. The car was not new but was prepared to a very high level and looked new. Everything was explained well and communication via telephone, text and email was excellent.
Cannot fault the experience.
Big shout out to Alex for his patience and good humour.

Excellent service and was kept up to…
Excellent service and was kept up to date all the time by Lazar the Salesperson. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to delay the purchase by a week , but that was no problem.
Was a bit disgruntled as we paid for a tank of petrol and for delivery , but they drove the car the 160 miles to us and used our fuel. I rang up to complain and they immediately apologised and said the driver should have refuelled when they got here and so the refunded all the fuel payment .
The car was in top condition and would definitely recommend this car sales outfit.

Purchase of Fird Puma, ST line.
We booked a test drive for a Ford Puma ST line at Shirley Branch, Solihull.
It was Shaun who took us for this and he went through every detail of the vehicle.
After the test drive we decided to purchase a Puma and
again, it was Shaun who we dealt with. He went through every detail and without being a pushy sales person and was friendly and professional.

Exceptional service from start to end.
An exceptional service from start to end given by Shaun. Sourced the car we wanted at a great price which couldn't be beaten. Shaun was so helpful, professional and a real gent. Made us feel confident that we were getting the best deal. Customer care was impeccable and we will definitely recommend him to family and friends to him in the future.

Fabulous experience, Alex at Ford Shirely was great, no pressure, to buy, had time for us. Part exchanged my old car and did everything he could ro get us the best deal, lovely lad. He went through the added insurance extras which i was dreading, but some of them were a no brainer and would be silly not to include, which other garages didnt offer, also covered me for 3 days free of charge on insurance which meant i could drive it away without the panic of sorting that out. Well Done Vertu Shirley!

Our experience while looking for the perfect vehicle definitely deserves a 5+ 🌟 rating. From our sales man Claude Spence to his colleague Jordan, they undoubtedly gave us the their time, knowledge and complete honesty when deciding on the nitty gritty details for our finance agreement.

Maddy sorted out a test drive in the new Gen E. Following this she explained all of the features and benefits before we agreed a competitive price. Overall it was a good buying experience 👍🏻
