Awful service awful customer service
When I ordered my new car I specifically asked for active cruise control package, car arrived, never seen the car until I sat in it 26th June, drove away and noticed it wasn’t working, when I called to ask, got told by Nathan that it wasn’t added. Awful customer service support, I felt like all they wanted was a sale, got called a lier by the branch manager, I shall never go to ford Stafford ever again and I’ll pass this onto my friends to the tell them to stay away from Stafford. Also I shall be putting a complaint in regarding how I’ve been left.

Impressed with Stafforf Ford Vertu
I was really impressed with the guys at Vertu Ford in Stafford. They listened to my requirements, offered me advice and they went out of their way to find me a Jeep Avenger... it was delivered to the Stafford branch as it was in a different part of the country. Really impressed with the service I received, nothing was too much trouble. Would most definitely recommend. Thank you.

I recently picked up my new Ford Puma from Ford Stafford and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable.
A big thank you to Nathan and Kieran, who were both fantastic throughout. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me well informed at every stage without any pressure. It really made a difference dealing with people who clearly care about customer service.
The car itself is brilliant and exactly what I was looking for. I’d highly recommend Ford Stafford to anyone considering a new car, and especially Nathan and Kieran for making the process so easy.

Booked my tipper in for diagnostics 27…
Booked my tipper in for diagnostics 27 February , dropped off the day before ready to be looked at the next day.
I had to chase for weeks as they did not look at in on 27 January They kept saying they were looking at it tomorrow and then the next day. It got looked at on 4 march.
Collected on the 5 march to find out they had taken the tow bar off for no reason and left it on the bed of the tipper .
Appalling service .

Great experience from start to finish. I used Vertu Ford Stafford for the first time. Josh was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He made the car buying process smooth and hassle free. Highly recommend.

Going the Extra Mile
On finding the right car buying / trading in a car with a dealer over 200 miles away can be stressful, but the pre and post sales experience was professional, courteous and very helpful without feeling pressurised. Shout out to both Nathan and Darryl - a credit to the dealership. Love the car and looking forward to hopefully many happy miles.

I really had great experience at Stafford vertu ford . I bought my GR Corolla from vertu Ford Stafford. The Staff been really helpful and friendly to me. I personally thank sales advisor Josh .
