Booked my tipper in for diagnostics 27…
Booked my tipper in for diagnostics 27 February , dropped off the day before ready to be looked at the next day.
I had to chase for weeks as they did not look at in on 27 January They kept saying they were looking at it tomorrow and then the next day. It got looked at on 4 march.
Collected on the 5 march to find out they had taken the tow bar off for no reason and left it on the bed of the tipper .
Appalling service .

Going the Extra Mile
On finding the right car buying / trading in a car with a dealer over 200 miles away can be stressful, but the pre and post sales experience was professional, courteous and very helpful without feeling pressurised. Shout out to both Nathan and Darryl - a credit to the dealership. Love the car and looking forward to hopefully many happy miles.

I really had great experience at Stafford vertu ford . I bought my GR Corolla from vertu Ford Stafford. The Staff been really helpful and friendly to me. I personally thank sales advisor Josh . Our new Ford Puma
Brought our gorgeous new Puma yesterday from Ford Stafford, Kieran was a brilliant sales person he went above and beyond with the service he gave us,so helpful and so informative,also Nathan his manager did too,we are delighted with our new car,we have used Bristol st. motors for our last 3 cars,we are always extremely happy with the service they give. Sometimes buying a new car can be very…
Sometimes buying a new car can be very stressful, but here at Vertu, was not a problem. Charlie took care of it all, he was very helpful, nothing was too much for him. Also he took the time to explain more about the vehicle and controls. I have not had this from anywhere except here at Vertu in Stafford.
Happy, helpful, friendly faces. They are not pushy sales people.

Blown away by the whole team at Vertu Stafford
Blown away by the whole team at Vertu Stafford as always. We've been purchasing from this dealership for the last twelve years and the team are amazing and totally understand the customer experience. Great to liaise with Darryl throughout, especially as our car was made to order. Appreciated his thoroughness and help to determine which model we chose as the features and colour were important to us.
Welcomed advice from Lee and Matt to process the new grant legislation for the EV and set up our financing options. Loving our new Puma Gen-E. Its a stunning car and a joy to drive.
