Made welcome from start to finish
Was given plenty of information about the car I was interested in. The changeover went very smoothly with even more information inside the new car before I drove off. I have been given phone numbers and names if I need to contact further.

5 years, 3 new cars and I can't rate the team highly enough. My dealer, Sam, has been faultless with every aspect of my deal.
In addition Stuart and Chris looked after me when Sam was on holiday.

All the staff members are very friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to find us the car, with all the specifications, that we required. The transaction was very smooth and we're very happy with our car.

Absolutely amazing service
What can I say. Never bought a car halfway up the country before. Luckily the sales person was Anthony at Stoke Ford. What a guy!!! Seriously customer focused, and nothing too much trouble. He kept me up to date every step of the way and then some. I cannot recommend Vertu enough and especially Stoke Ford. Well done guys, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Better service than BMW, Mercedes and Audi.
Less than 2 weeks from order to delivery. Service levels are first class. My first new Ford ever and will not be my last. Irsa at Stoke is a credit to the company.

The sales advisor who saw the whole process through was fantastic.
The name of the sales advisor is Jack Bannister and the team including Callum Mckinstry and Pete Squire.
They all went out of their way to make sure the car was at the dealership on time and made sure the car was ready and waiting for me today.

We recently bought a car from Vertu Stoke. On arrival to view the vehicle we were interested in. Anthony came out to give information on the options that was available for us. He was courteous and walked us through the steps in buying our car which we are very happy with highly recommend.
