My experience was absolutely amazing…
My experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. William Cooke was fantastic throughout the whole process, from the initial enquiry right through to receiving my vehicle. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed at any point.
I would highly recommend Vertu Motors West Bromwich to anyone looking for great communication and a smooth, stress-free experience.

From the first initial contact they…excellent
From the first initial contact they gave a fantastic ease of how to talk to somebody about enquiring about a new vehicle. Ian Jakeways reminded me of myself in dealing with people by understanding quickly you build up a good repertoire and have a giggle along the way. The way I was dealt with was one of the best buying a new vehicle. Everything was explained in understandable terms and nothing was impossible to talk about. I purchased a vehicle from there as they made me feel valued. On hand over Mark Wheeler was really good as took time to explain the details and how the new vehicle works. Overall it was a pleasure to do business with branch of Vertu

Visited the west bromwich branch, spoke to mark wheeler and the manager lewis who found me the most perfect spec vehicle that was in stock, gave me a great price for my trade in fair and reasonable then got my new monthly payment below where i wanted to be, car is immaculate and everything i wanted big thank you

Finding right car for me to get in and out comfortable
I have knee problem and found it difficult getting in and out of my MG ..I was looking at Vauxall until I recieved a call from Jon Parker ,I told him my problems and he told me he would work out with me what car would be suitable ..I must say he was very careing and helped me feel at ease choosing a car..100% confidence in Jon

Great from day one
From day 1 of visiting your showroom at the West Bromwich site we have been treated brilliant. Mark and Ian spoke to us first and explained that Lella the motability operative wasn't in at the time but still showed us a perspective car that might be OK for us. We can honestly say that the whole team are very informative and friendly in all aspects and very knowledgeable about all cars within the store. Lella has been so good she knows everything about the motability scheme and talked us through it extremely well. Can we just say we have been on the motability scheme for some years now and have never been treated so great by ford and especially Lella, if anyone we know wants a car, just in general we would definitely recommend virtue ford blacklake West Bromwich for ease of purchasing a car or motability scheme all the staff are lovely especially Lella Harding 5 Stars all the way, well done ford

omg will never use these for parts ever…
omg will never use these for parts ever again. i will travel the extra few miles to another ford dealership. just called in to pick up a wing mirror that was ordered yesterday.they rang to say it was in, poped out of work to fetch it. rang the bell at bottom of the stairs, to be ignored. had to keep asking random staff who said it was nothing to do with them. Eventually one staff memeber rang them. Then finally one of the guys who said nothing to do with him came and handed me the mirror.

Vertu Ford West Bromwich were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they were all very friendly and welcoming especially Harman who sold me the car he was brilliant, very welcoming and informative, he did everything to make sure I found the right car for me I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new car. I'd definitely recommend Vertu Ford West Bromwich to friends and family because they are very professional and courteous. Couldn't fault the sales team and William who dealt with our purchase actually delivered the car to us in the evening which I thought was fantastic 😀.
