Typical main dealer experience, nice showroom and friendly staff. However they were not forthcoming re the history of the car I was buying, implying they had looked after the car when in fact it was only the last service that they did. Lauren has been helpful but she has her targets to fulfill and they glossed over detail to get the sale. Buyer beware, I was not as diligent as I should have been as I trusted this main Honda dealer. I have learnt a lot from this experience. I recently bought another Honda from Crown Honda, a family run company. A totally different and better experience.

In a very recent visit to Boston Honda with a view to purchasing a new Honda HRv, everything relating to the showroom and their staff was up to their usual exemplary standards. Thanks particularly to the efforts of Charlotte Daniel and her Branch Manager Lauren Henfry, a very acceptable part -exchange deal was put together "tailor-made" to fit my specific requirements which are sometimes very exacting. Their knowledge, friendliness and professionalism reflected their obvious high-standard training in the technicalities of the vehicle and at all other stages, additionally their customer-focussed attitude throughout. I was also impressed by the willingness of the workshop Technicians and their manager to interact with me as the customer - and it was a pleasant experience talking with them. I have bought many cars from this retailer over the years and their high standards are always maintained.

They go above and beyond to make the whole buying experience easy and not complicated ...everything runs smoothly from the first viewing of a car to when you drive it away. Charlotte the sales girl was brilliant in keeping me informed of the progress of my sale. She answered any questions I had promptly and professionally.

My review is for the Boston Vertu. All I can say is excellent service. Cheerful, helpful & knowledgeable sales and admin staff, ( especially Charlotte). Maintenance & repair side excellent. Repairs & servicing carried out without incident and in a timely manner.( able to follow online). Overall a well run branch.

Tom was brilliant on the Motability scheme section, he was friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend Tom and this dealership to others. Tom always kept in touch through the process and explained everything about the vehicle and the scheme. Even when the computer system went down (that was out of everyone’s control) he completed other things that needed doing to avoid us being inconvenienced. The other staff in the dealership was equally helpful and friendly with specific requests we had, again nothing was too much trouble.

First person I have dealing was a young salesman (Jack), very professional and committed with the costumer, when this Lady Stella was called in to the deal, just make me live the dealership permises without close the deal that I was very interested.
Absolutely waste of my precious time.

Going to Vertu Honda Boston is like visiting family. The kettle goes on the biscuits are passed around and we catch up on gossip and somewhere in there we buy a car !

We saw the used Honda CR-V Thursday night on auto trader. Paid reserve and received phone call from Thomas Harris at 0915 Friday morning. Totally professional, informative and friendly. Booked Flixbus from Aberdeen down to Boston Friday overnight. Saw Thomas and car (as never bought a car unseen before) and impressed with Thomas's knowledge and honesty. Bought the car there and then. Paperwork all sorted by Monday morning. Car valeted and the drive home was like sitting in an armchair. Fabulous

The reason for my low star review is to do with the after care I received. When buying a car remotely, you have trust in the dealer and their standards. Unfortunately, when asked several times about the condition of the wheels and body work, I was informed that they were magnificent and showed zero signs of wear and tear. Upon receiving the car, I found issues with the wheels, with 1 having chipped paint and the other being curbed. The body work had a poor touch up which was clearly visible and the rear panel has minor scratching. I was assured the preparation phase would resolve any issues if there were any. At first, I was told Honda Boston would take car of this, however when sending quotes to address the issues, Honda Boston went back on their word and only providing a partial amount of £150 to cover 1 of the wheels and no body work. Ultimately, I love the car but the breakdown of trust would leave me avoiding this dealer in the future.

Having found a vehicle I wished to possibly purchase I made a visit to the Vertu Honda dealership in Boston. I was pleasantly surprised at the professional helpful and courteousness of the team.

At short notice I was able to test drive the vehicle was supplied all the information I needed regarding the vehicle and most importantly I was not pressured as I had explained that the vehicle had to meet the needs of my elderly Mother who would be a passenger on a daily basis.

Firstly I would like to thank Elisha who in view of the fact she had only recently joined gave an impeccable service everything you would want for someone working in a sales environment.

My thanks also to Matt the garage umanager for helping listening and being accommodating.
