Purchase of a New Honda Jazz Crosstar (well 2 years old) from Vurtu Honda Durham. Natalie McRavey was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in detail. She and her Manager Manny (not sure if I spelt his name correctly) deserve 10/10, for the service they've provided. I would highly recommend this company and if you are lucky enough to get these two members of staff, they will not let you down and are a credit to Vertu Honda

Great experience with her staff
Great experience with her staff, David, who provides me the clear explanation whilst I'm a new driver and the first time of buying my car. The whole process is easy without hassle. The car price including the home delivery service is fair. Some Honda motor centres can provide maintenance services even you're living in different cities. So convenient!

Excellent sales and customer service
Extremely happy with the sales and customer service from Vertu Honda Durham.especially Martin and Mani who went out of their way to help me with my new Honda Jazz order. I was kept up to date on everything and they managed to secure my car a lot earlier than expected. Excellent service.

Would recommend to others looking for a used car
I had a great experience buying my new (used) car from Stephen. As I lived nearly 200 miles away from the garage he did a video of the car for me and any questions I had he quickly answered thoroughly either on the phone or via email. He offered to pick us up from the train station which made it a lot easier. He was friendly and polite and made sure I was happy with the car before leaving. Stephan made buying this car from him very easy and stress free even thought I was coming from quite a distance.

Purchase of new car
The ordering and delivery of my new car was stress free due to the help given by the sales executive Martin and other members of staff at this garage. This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from here and every time I have had excellent service and of course after service. I highly recommend this garage and Honda cars. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!
The following is no reflection on the garage staff. Honda have a new sales system which is based on the use of numerous digital forms and signatures and assumptions that everyone is tech savvy. This is not so and in my opinion the old system involving the signing of a couple of forms at the selling garage was much easier and straightforward.

Extremely happy with my new Honda HRV
After buying my last five cars from Honda Durham, I can honestly say that the whole team there are great.
From sales to servicing, they always make me feel welcome and well taken care of.
We also use the garage for my wife's car.
I've always been happy with the process and the service they provide, which is why I've given them a 5-star's

All of the sales team did a great job…
All of the sales team did a great job and really couldn't have done any more to make my buying experience, a great one. Even taking a demonstration vehicle for a test drive with my dog in the back. This is the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from Stephen and both occasions were faultless and positive.

Booked a service via a booking site…
Booked a service via a booking site noticed first year incorrect oil listed on invoice, second service done yesterday and well I won't be returning, service book not returned when picking up the car, but least least the invoice had the right oil so much for a service for your car. It's like thanks for your money and who cares if it has a warranty vertu honda durham don't go there - still waiting for my service book to be returned by the dealership

They never learn from their mistakes
Cannot believe a manager can make excuses on excuses. Really don't use this Honda site go the extra mile to Newcastle who inturn go the Xtra mile for you Thanks for your reply but I don't hold out much hope. Durham Honda don't seem to care just rude comments.
