Hi Mr Cooper, firstly many thanks for providing your feedback, we do take this extremely seriously. Having looked into your vehicle history we can see that you have indeed been in four times prior to the present visit. We can also see that the all of the previous work has been covered by either the vehicles warranty or the service plan that you purchased prior to handover. Having spoken to our Service team they have advised that your present issue is not a warranty related issue and it falls under ‘wear and tear’ criteria of the warranty policy. As you will have seen by the video that was provided for you some of the work has only been highlighted as an amber warning so does not require the work to be done immediately. Should you wish to proceed with the work when it is required, we do offer the ability to pay the invoice across a number of months if this does help you. Should you have any additional questions regarding your current visit, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Hello Mr Bryan, thank you for taking the time to provide us with the feedback of your recent visit. Would you be able to email (vertucustomerservices@vertumotors.com) the registration number of your vehicle and the date of your visit for us to investigate this matter further. We are normally able to accommodate new bookings into our workshop within a few days however if the customer does require a loan car this can extend this period.
