I have used Vertu (Banbury) for three separate car purchase transactions and all my Hyundai servicing for morethan 10 years. I have found them consistently helpful, professional and reliable. My most recent purchase, of a Hyundai i30, was successfully completed yesterday by the extremely helpful Matt Naylor. My changes of mind and schedule alterations during the process were dealt with great professionalism and minimum fuss.

Jamie and Jack made the whole experience enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, even though we had to delay due to unexpected personal reasons, and the coffees were very much appreciated.

Mel and the manager very helpful patient and explained everything to me as this was my first automatic and electric car and I was very nervous. I was treated very well (not like the rates in Brighton). When I arrived driving 115 miles I wanted to go to the dealers worth every mile. When I arrived the manager and William greeted me I was explained everything and William took me out in the car soo patient and and lovely I left feeling very confident thank you so much ☺️

Found car advertised on Autotrader, subsequently visited Showroom where we were met by Matthew Naylor who explained the car and confidently answered all our questions as we were first time buyers of EV. We were very impressed with his wealth of helpful information and his approach as a Salesperson.

We experienced a very almost smooth process with Vertu, Banbury, handled expertly by Lewis.

We were kept informed about the entire process. The only issue we experienced was delays from the finance side of things on the day (I understand a technical glitch), leading to a 2-hour wait. Lewis was calm and persistent during this time. An asset to the business!

Vertu in Banbury have been excellent - great prices and really lovely people.
I initially made contact with the Mansfield branch after they offered the best price for a new Hyundai on Carwow. They offered to pass the deal through to Banbury as it was nearer to me.
From that point on I was put in touch with William, who got things moving along quickly, and was always there if I had a question. I got to meet him in person yesterday for handover of my new car, and he was as pleasant and friendly in real life as he had been on the phone. His colleagues were welcoming too when I arrived.
I couldn't be happier to have given this dealership my business. I just wish they weren't still 70 miles from home so that I could continue to have a business relationship with them during the lifetime of the vehicle.

Service was 2nd to none, made you feel special, the EV is absolutely fantastic, also got a great deal.

Bought my car in Nov 24 car first registered Sep24 Dashboard came up with service due in June.Rang the Banbury branch after awhile to ask the reason why told it was an error and booked service for 29 Aug 25 was told the service would take 2 hours. Rang the 0330 number on 28 Aug an was assured by Charlotte that it would be easily completed within 2 hours. Arrived at the dealership at 1015 for my 1030appointment there seemed to be some issue with my service plan but was told every thing was OK and said I would return in 2 hours. Returned at 1150 and went to the waiting area.At 1215 went to the service desk to tell them that I had arrived and give me a shout when it was ready they said it would be another 15 minutes. At 1240 returned to service to be told it had not been washed and would be another 10 to 15minutes got the car back at 1315. I have no issue with waiting for my car to be serviced but resent being lied to by 2 staff
