We recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson and had a great experience thanks to Kieran and his manager, Emma. From start to finish, they were friendly, approachable, and highly knowledgeable about the car and the process. They took the time to answer all our questions clearly and made sure we felt confident in our decision.
The level of customer service we received was excellent — nothing felt rushed, and they genuinely seemed to care about helping us find the right car. Their professionalism and helpful attitude made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
We’re very happy with our new Tucson and would definitely recommend Kieran and Emma to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free car buying experience.

I would recommend vertu motors Hyundai Mansfield to anyone there service was excellent from the moment we walked into the showroom we was greeted by Marlon Cameron Williams who was amazing he gave us space to look around we never felt pressured and he was available when we had any questions from when we walked into to when we drove away in our new car he was so helpful and put our minds at ease I would give the whole showroom and especially Marlon a 10 out of 10

Hyundai at Mansfield was an excellent showroom to visit. Both Marlon and Kieran were very helpful, ensured I got them car I wanted and went the extra mile, when some of the technology was reluctant to work.

I arrived early for my appointment with…
I arrived early for my appointment with Marlon but he was happy to assist me with looking for a new car. Marlon was very attentive as to what I wanted in the new car and was happy to omit anything I didn't want. Marlon even took me on an impromptu test drive. At no time did I feel pressured into purchasing a new car and I felt that at anytime I could decide that the cars available were not for me and I could have terminated the appointment. However, as it turned out Marlon assisted me in selecting my new car and within a few hours I was driving out of the dealership in my chosen car. Thank you Marlon.

I saw a gentleman called Ben Gibson at HYUNDAI,BRISTOL STREET MOTORS MANSFIELD NOTTINGHAMSHIRE ,HE was very friendly and made me feel at ease getting my new car. He didn't rush the appointment he listened to what I needed in a car ,we had a cuppa and a laugh in the process. This is my 2nd car now from them ,I wouldn't go anywhere else there like 1 big happy family. If your looking to get your 1st car I would highly recommend these,and Ben is a really good asset to them.

Excellent service
I went to buy a used car and the salesman offered me a test drive in an ex-demo car, the test drive was perfect. The salesman sorted everything out for me including my part-exchange and transfer of my private number plate. Excellent service!

Hyundai tucson Mansfield. I booked a viewing and a test drive with Jack. What a nice gentleman. The valet on the car I was test driving was shocking and this isn’t the first time. But the worst part off it all was the part exchange valuation. They wanted my car for nothing and give them top price for the Hyundai Tucson. They told me that my car was in amazing condition for the year. I thought they wanted to sell cars but obviously they don’t. Thanks for the generic response the dealerships has got all my information if you would like to get in touch.

As discussed, part exchange values are based on current market conditions and vehicle appraisals, however I understand how frustrating this can feel, particularly when expectations differ. Very friendly dealership
Very friendly dealership. Magdalena who dealt with us was very friendly wasnt pushy gave us plenty of time alone with the car to make a decsion answered all our questions and queries.We have had a couple of teething issues with the car, but one phone call to the dealership and all issues have been resolved. It feels like the aftercare is something they strive to excel at as its a very worrying time spending that amount of money but Magdalena and her team have been excellent and eliminated all worry while purchasing from them. Highly recommend her if you looking for a car.

Super dealership with fantastic staff.
This is the second new Tuscan I have purchased from Vertu in Mansfield and both experiences have been an absolute pleasure. Salesman Marlon dealt with both sales and I have to say, he is nicest guy I have ever done business with. He is, knowledgeable, professional and super efficient which has resulted in a smooth enjoyable process. Communication skills were top notch and the packages were very attractive. Thank you Marlon.
