First experience at vertu hyundai …
I came for a test drive of a used hyundai Tucson that I reserved online. Tony Allen set me up and another employee took me out for it, he was super friendly & was very knowledgeable of the car. When I got back I decided to buy it, Tony made the whole experience so easy with no pushy sales. I was offered 4 extra products to buy with the car. Tony explained them all to me & I bought 2 of them because I wanted them.
Overall I received a first class service 10 out of 10.

Well worth the distance travelled.
An excellent price for the new car I was after, short delivery time, reasonable trade in price for my old car, very good communications and a real pleasure to deal with Edwin and the team at Peterlee Hyundai. This was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable purchase of a new car i have experienced, well worth the hour and a half journey to get there.

Great Experience
Just bought a used car from Peterlee Hyundai and dealt with Ed
This will be the 4th car we have bought with Ed and as usual we are not disappointed. Always makes us feel welcome and listens to what we are after and looks after us

After a disappointing start to buying a car and having it refused the problem was sorted quickly by the sales man Harry and the Manager Haley, top marks to these two for a job well done with kindness and courtesy.

Vertu Peterlee first class dealership
We purchased our new Hyundai Tuscon plug in hybrid ultimate on 1st from Vertu Hyundai Peterlee.
This is our 7th purchase from this dealer. The sales executive for the last four was Eddy. He took the stress out of all the paperwork etc and with his knowledge and easy going friendly manner it was a pleasure to do the transaction. This is one of the reasons why we return to Vertu Peterlee. Nothing was a problem to him or the team and can highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.
We would just like to add Eddy is a credit to the organisation and best wishes to him for the future.
The car is amazing love it.

Good Service
A very good experience from first visiting showroom to the purchase of our new car. Our Salesperson Edwin Golightly was extremely helpful as always this is the fourth car we have bought with him.
