She kept me informed every step of the way and made the process smooth and easy. Worked through all our requests and addressed all our needs - we are over the moon with our new car. We would highly recommend Vertu Mazda York. They made our Part-Ex and new Mazda purchase, simple and fair experience, straightforward and honest. My key fob stopped working for my Mazda…
My key fob stopped working for my Mazda 3. I was put through to a very helpful bloke called Neil in the workshop. He spent time sorting out my mistake with patience and kindness. Thank you to him and to Vertu Mazda York. This is the second time we have been very impressed with the Business and the Staff.

A Relaxed and a pleasant experience
From the moment I went in to Vertu at Layerthorpe Road, York York, I found it very relaxed. I was introduced to Dave Dalby. He was very pleasant, friendly and very easy person to deal with. He showed me around the vehicles I was interested in. He explained everything in detail and wasn't at all pushy as you expect with car salesmen. An easy and pleasant experience, leading up to buying my new car.
