Nothing too much trouble, kept us up to date from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Buying a new car has never been so easy and Elliot was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to help us choose our car without any "hard sell". We recently visited Vertu, when I’d spotted a very nice low mileage Jaguar F-Pace in superb condition. I reserved it immediately, as I knew it would be in demand! Everyone I dealt with at Vertu went out of their way to make the experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. We went to see the car the same day, and actually collected it one week later. The trade-in process was straightforward and fair; the help from the staff great; and when we collected the car, the Dealership Manager took the trouble to greet us, have a chat about the car, and say thank you for choosing Vertu.

Luke and the entire team at Vertu Nissan Darlington were absolutely superb from start to finish. We came in unsure of what we wanted, throwing them curveballs, and Luke patiently worked with us every step of the way. He listened to our needs, brought out many different cars for us to test, and gave us plenty of time to consider all our options.
​He was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all our questions with real-life experience. When it came to the final deal, Luke was excellent at explaining everything, including the pros and cons of all the available extras.
​What truly stands out is how the whole team works together seamlessly. Luke handled the initial sale with help from Jack on the valuation and closing handshake. Then Carly took over for the taxing and service plan, followed by Suff and a trainee for the final paperwork and brilliant handover. Even the General Manager Jass was involved and ensuring everything was working like clockwork. It was also great to chat with Musa, who we've had a superb experience with before.
