Just picked the car I wanted, at Vertu Nissan Motors Halifax arranged payment and delivery . Big thanks to Sam Butterworth ....and to Paul the delivery driver..

Initially our usage, requirements and finance was discussed in depth, before we even looked at a vehicle. A Nissan juke was then brought over from the storage area, the right colour, mileage and mechanical and technical levels but most of all within our budget. We did not need to see any other cars it fitted our requirements perfectly. We were not pushed to buy but were given more in depth information on the car, but had already decided that we were happy to go ahead and purchase the car. It was a pleasant experience compared to previous contact with motor car dealerships.

Wonderful advice and explanation of new vehicle and easy paperwork trail - many thanks to Shaun Clarke for his help and handover.

I have used Kristian and his team for nearly 10 yrs. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars they understand what I’m looking for and always find me an incredible deal. The sales people are always friendly and supportive and you never feel rushed or pushed into doing anything. I will continue to use Virtu Halifax, not the nearest dealership for me but worth going a little bit further for the extra mile they always go !
As an LGBTQ person car showrooms can feel intimidating these people are lovely and deserve recognition as ally’s in what is a difficult world right now.

First time using Vertu Motors in Halifax, I have had Nissans before so I pretty much new what I was looking for. However, I called initially & had a chat with Sean, he was so lovely, he answered all my questions & was even able to get me a delivery date, which was just 2 weeks later. There was a couple of reservations I had regarding the qashqai and whether I could stow my wheelchair reasonable easily and whether it would fit in the small yard I have. So I went into the dealership the following day, Sean couldn't have been more helpful, we drove back to my home and parked and found the easiest place to stow my wheelchair, he ran through the different model options, colours the list goes on. By the time we got back id made my decision to order, very straightforward in respect of paperwork, Sean even called up motorbility to check a couple of things for me.... honestly it could not have gone any better. So yesterday was collection day, I was a tad excited.. the big reveal was done too. I can't speak highly enough of this young man without actually knowing it, he's just made a huge difference to my life.

My only negative would be that it certainly appears to be a very busy dealership but I feel they have very much out grown their premises. On handover, there was just no real place for us to sit and go through all the controls etc, we had to move several times. Not ideal but it didn't really tarnish my experience but maybe food for thought.

I would definitely recommend vertu Motors Nissan Halifax! They have excellent service, exclusive cars, and an incredibly intelligent and helpful team. The staff went above and beyond to help me get the car of my dreams something that seemed almost impossible at first.

They have fantastic customer service! I had the pleasure of meeting one of the employees named Sean. He was very professional, kind, and made sure I was regularly updated about the car and the features I wanted. I’m genuinely impressed and extremely satisfied with their outstanding customer service. Thanks to vertu Motors Nissan Halifax, I’m now driving away in a car that has everything I was looking for.

Michael was very helpful. Saw the car I liked on the Friday, on the Monday I had said yes to my first nissan qashquiand picked up on the friday.....very pleased with cover package that comes with it. Very happy moving forward.

Everything was handled well

Not advised of a charge to collect my car for servicing. When visiting the dealership the 2 disabled bays are often occupied by non blue badge holders cars. When collecting my car from service not put back in a disabled bay adding to difficulties getting too and from the dealership in a non adapted vehicle. I feel the dealership isn’t aware of how to look after disabled customers. The man who I spoke to on the day of the service was very helpful but by then it was too late.
