Not advised of a charge to collect my…
Not advised of a charge to collect my car for servicing. When visiting the dealership the 2 disabled bays are often occupied by non blue badge holders cars. When collecting my car from service not put back in a disabled bay adding to difficulties getting too and from the dealership in a non adapted vehicle. I feel the dealership isn’t aware of how to look after disabled customers. The man who I spoke to on the day of the service was very helpful but by then it was too late.

Simple and easy. First time buying a car from this company and the advisor, Jack made it really easy and understandable for me as a first time buyer from a dealership. He explained all the details and offers available. Would recommend this branch
