5 weeks and headlight not fixed. 3 Recalls in 12 months. No communication
Bought a 3008 in December 2024. Since then it's had 3 recalls. Now has a headlight issue and it's taken, so far, 5 WEEKS! No contact unless I call them first.
Manager is away til Monday and my request for an investigation was met with "I can mention this to my manager ".
Absolutely furious!

Fantastic Service in Emergency
I had a problem with my brakes and needed it checked urgently before I went on holiday.
The service consultant, Colin Knight, arranged an immediate check which identified the replacement of a brake lining and disc and arranged it to be repaired on the same day. By 14.00hrs the car was repaired and my holiday saved.
My thanks go out to Colin and the engineer for such great service who are a credit to Peugeot Exeter and Vertu.

The sales assistant was very…knowledgeable very polite
The sales assistant was very knowledgeable of the Motobility scheme and listened to me and my requirements that were important to me to have the best use of the vehicle. Even question I asked was answered. The hand over was also without any issues,very thorough.

Beautiful Car, Great Experience
Beautiful car, super service and a great welcome from everyone at the Marsh Barton Peugeot showroom. Phillip and Stuart were particularly friendly and attentive and made the whole experience of purchasing the car easy and pleasurable. A very pleasant used car purchase experience.
Steve Duggan in sales was very professional, approachable, and quick to respond to all our questions in a clear manner.
The car was presented in excellent condition, and great value for the age/mileage.
Whilst we had an issue with the car a few days later, Steve and the Vertu service dept were very quick to get it booked into a local garage to be resolved at their expense under their 3 month warranty.

Poor communication in service dept
I had to book my car in for a recall. Asked if I could leave it for a few hours-was told no they needed it all day, so booked a courtesy car (had to wait about a month for a date when a car was available). The day before I got a call saying there wasn't a car available but it would only take about half an hour. Fine, happy to wait as long as they got straight onto it-no problem. Ended up being in there 1.5 hours.
On the way home 4 separate lights which have never been on came on. I called them and they said to take it back for them to look at it, and they'd need it for a couple of hours. Agreed a day and time-got there and nothing was booked...after 3 hours I got told it was a complete coincidence and unrelated to the software update. As I was late for work I didn't follow it up that day but called the next day to ask them to email what investigations they had done for them to come to the conclusion that the 2 were unrelated. Got a very quick email with a totally unrelated and unrequested printout from the original recall and told that if I want further diagnosis done I can pay the £162 per hour. Since then 2 emails and 1 call have been ignored.
Update - following the review I got an email from the service manager which I replied to. 48 hrs later still no response and am no further forward! The silence is deafening.

Faultless Experience!
I cannot praise Peugeot Exeter enough, particularly the salesmen I dealt with when I was buying a vehicle. Ben and Stuart were both very knowledgable about the vehicles and went out of their way to find and bring in the vehicle that matches my requirements. I will have no hesitation in recommending them and Peugeot Exeter to anyone I know who needs a new vehicle!!
