There once was a salesman named Dan,
Who could sell you your own frying pan.
He once sold a van with just one door,
Then somehow sold the missing four.
At Dan’s dealership down the road,
He’ll sell you a car and lighten your load.
With shiny white teeth and a powerful tan,
No one does customer service like Dan.
You walk in “just browsing,” not planning to buy,
Ten minutes later you’re asking, “Can this thing fly?”
Dan slaps the bonnet and proudly will say,
“This beauty’s so smooth it could butter your tray.”
He knows every motor, each button and beep,
And somehow remembers your dog’s name is Pete.
So if you need a motor soon,
Or just got paid this afternoon,
Beware the grin, the salesman’s charm —
Dan will have you signing forms and twisting your arm.
He offers free coffee, biscuits as well,
And stories of customers under his spell.
“One bloke came for tyres, completely unplanned…
Left with two SUVs and a jazz band.”
So here’s to Dan, the showroom king,
Who can sell hatchbacks like they’re diamond rings.
For service so good it should come with a fan,
Nobody wheels and deals quite like Dan.

A good team to deal with.
We picked up our car yesterday from Vertu Derby and are really pleased with the car and also the experience of buying it from the sales team.
Jan was friendly and straightforward in all aspects of the deal. Not pushy, understood what we wanted and got things sorted to our satisfaction.
Backed by other team members Matt and Harvey to give a complete customer satisfaction.

The sales team were friendly, approachable and very helpful. They found me a car and finance deal that fit my needs. It made buying my new car a very enjoyable experience, I would definitely recommend.

Our experience at Derby Vertu Renault was excellent particularly with Robert who was very personable, pleasant, helpful, not pushy and could not have done more to make my buying journey any better. we must also mention Harvey who was always there to assist us if required.

⭐ Brilliant Service from Scarlett at Vertu Derby
I recently purchased a new Renault Symbioz from Vertu in Derby and wanted to say how excellent the whole experience was.
From start to finish, Scarlett in the sales team was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Nothing ever felt rushed or pressured – she took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the different options clearly and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything before moving forward.
The whole purchase process was smooth, well organised and genuinely enjoyable, which isn’t always something you can say about buying a car! Scarlett kept me updated at every stage.
I’m delighted with the car and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. A big thank you to Scarlett and the team – I would happily recommend Vertu Derby to anyone looking for a new car. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The service i received when I went down and took my car of choice out for a test drive was excellent. I was kept informed from the time I ordered to the time of collection all this was handled by Miss S Taylor such a lovely young lady and very good at customer service

Daniel from Vertu Renault Derby was fantastic in finding me the perfect spec for my new Renault Symbioz, he helped me understand everything there was to know about the car when looking around it. Dan made the experience very seamless and easy from a customer point of view. When we got to handover stage, this was very easy and Dan made sure the car was showroom clean and ready after a transfer from Exeter, it was flawless so again, thank you so much.

From start to finish the process was straightforward…a good deal on my Clio against a Symbioz and wow what a fab car the Symbioz is can’t fault…my second car from the dealership…Thsnks to Harvey for making the car buy possible but a massive thanks to Rob Green who always goes above and beyond…☺️

Couldn’t have asked for a better…
Couldn’t have asked for a better service from Vertu Renault, especially Daniel Redfern who went out of his way to accommodate me viewing and buying my new car, showing me the tech and features and explaining how an EV differs from what I’d previously driven. Dan even went as far as to drive the car to drop off at my house. Overall I had a very good experience and am very happy with my car, the price and the excellent customer service.
