This was our first time using Vertu…
This was our first time using Vertu Barnsley to purchase a new Toyota. From start to finish the service from the salesman James was helpful ,efficient and friendly. The showroom is well laid out and comfortable.

Simon's customer service was great
Simon's customer service was great. I had never driven an automatic car before,he arranged a test drive for me. Everything was explained in detail. We have used this garage for many years and always had excellent service from Simon.

Vertu Barnsley saved our holiday!
Vertu Barnsley fitted me in to check my car for safety today, a couple of hours after I damaged it in an accident. We have a holiday cottage booked tomorrow involving a long drive. Everyone was very kind and keen to help, and the assessment was thorough and reassuring. Huge thanks to everyone I dealt with. We can go on our much needed holiday tomorrow. I would recommend them without hesitation.

From the moment we attended the premises the service and the total attention to detail was outstanding. Every step was explained and easy to follow. Any questions that we had there was an answer instantly. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We came away with a new vehicle for the forth time. Well done.

Second to none experience
I travelled to Toyota Barnsley to view and potentially purchase my choice car. I’m so glad I made that journey.. my “Toyota Barnsley” experience was amazing.
Simon showed me the car and I couldn’t help but be impressed with his obvious care for customers, enthusiasm and extensive knowledges of all things Toyota. My husband has also had a Toyota for the past two years. Simon showed him features on that car that he had no idea about. I went ahead with the purchase and continued to be impressed with both Simon and the car on collection. The process was so smooth and the branch Manager came over the chat and thank us for our business.
Great experience.. love the car.. Well done Simon and Toyota Barnsley!! Just wish you were a bit closer to Derby !!

We called in without an appointment and…
We called in without an appointment and the staff made us feel welcome straight away. We wanted to view a nearly new Yaris and we were introduced to Ian who showed us a couple of cars that matched our requirements. We'd already viewed a few cars at another Toyota dealer but we found Ian easier to deal with. In the end we did a deal on our car and part exchanged for a nearly Yaris. We picked it up a week later and we felt that the service we received was second to none.

We dealt with James at Barnsley. He was easy to deal with, very personable and he took time to answer all our queries. There was no high pressure sales technique and he was happy to go through the process at our pace. We were very happy with our customer experience and would recommend asking for James if you visit Vertu Toyota (Barnsley).

Friendly, professional without the typical distasteful car sales snakery. Would definitely recommend and buy from Toyota Barnsley again. But since I've now got a Toyota, (again) I am confident I won't need to buy another car for 10 years!
