What a great experience, from the initial outside contact to collection of our car we were treated with respect and professionalism. At every step of the journey we were informed, advised accurately and felt listened to. Choosing the right car for us was made easier as time was taken chatting asking questions and listening, to find out exactly what we were needing.
Mandy and Aaron went above and beyond to ensure our journey went smoothly. They restored our faith having had a very negative experience at another dealer ( not toyota).
I would highly recommend this dealership good old fashioned care and attention very refreshing ...Thankyou to you all 😁

Ben was patient with us as we were not sure what we wanted came on a couple of test drives to help us decide. Julie provided plenty of coffee on the day we made our purchase and when we went to collect the car.

I would highly recommend Toyota Chesterfield, we have now had 5 cars from them and not disappointed, always polite, professional and helpful. On my latest purchase it was Mandy, and Aidan who I dealt with, again helpful, knowledgeable and professional very satisfied.
If ever we have had a problem a simple call and service would say bring it down and we would have a look and sort or if it was just an enquiry they would help.
Last year we came to them to sell my husband’s car under very difficult circumstances, it was Alex and again Aidan who we dealt with excellent service, and made a hard situation easier to deal with.

From the moment I stepped into the show room I was welcomed offered refreshments into diced to John my motorbility expert so friendly and informative showed me round the cars even helped with my scooter to see which car was the right one for my scooter
The day I picked my car up was such a special occasion in all the years I have had a motorbility car I have never been presented with. I have recently purchased a used car from Vertu Toyota, Chesterfield. My purchase was handled by Ben Walne, who was very helpful and answered all my questions in a clear and concise way. He explained everything simply and provided all the information I required. He reassured me that if I encountered any problems after the purchase he was happy for me to contact him.

When I collected the vehicle, Ben had arranged an unveiling of the car which was a special touch as it is the first car I have owned for 30 years. All in all I can't recommend him highly enough, his customer service is first class.

No pushy salesmen, warm welcoming atmosphere in lovely surrounding. Every one i met was warm and welcoming. Made my first experience of buying a new car a very good experience.

Mandy Ryan and the Receptionist were brilliant.
The handover was personalised with VIP reveal of the Toyota Yaris Cross.
Nothing was too much trouble.
We had great" logo coffee" and a weeks supply of biscuits.

Our salesperson Kian, at Toyota Chesterfield , provided a positive experience. He explained everything very clearly and was responsive to our needs and wishes.He did not pressurise us at all and we were very happy with the outcome.

I can’t recommend Vertu Toyota Chesterfield enough. I was very nervous about buying a car, but Mandy was absolutely brilliant, no pressure, no hard sell. She was happy for me to take my time, patient and very knowledgeable answering all my questions with ease.
All the staff are friendly and approachable. Hopefully I won’t be buying another car for years but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
Oh, and btw the car is awesome!

This was the fifth Toyota car we have bought from Vertu Chesterfield. Each time we have felt valued by our salesperson, the same one each time as it happened. It’s good to be able to form a relationship which in turn Leeds to trust.

Everything was explained clearly to us and each step of the car buying journey was documented well and advice given. We never feel pressurised into anything.
