Great customer care, all staff very professional and welcoming. Salesperson very knowledgeable and proficient. Whole experience relaxed and stress free.

Sophie was knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic. Happy to talk through a range of finance options without exerting any sales pressure.
Also on collection of new car, took time to go through all the key features and assisted in setting up app and apple play.

Jared also pleasant to deal with on the phone to arrange final signing of documents. Took time to introduce himself on collection and thank me for choosing Vertu Toyota Glasgow.

There was a difference of 1054 miles between the mileage quoted on the used car site and the actual mileage now I have the car.There was also a discrepancy shown on the App as service this showed a figure of 3913 on July 2nd and 3557 on July 18th i.e 356 miles less ! The offer quoted the 3557 miles I didn't initially notice the discrepancy I do very little mileage and checked exactly what I had covered on the App.421 miles in 20 days I realised as my mileage showed as 5233 something was wrong.
I spoke to Ashley the sales manager
She said the 5233 miles was correct the car had come from Colchester and subsequently used for loads of test drives she didn't explain why the mileage quoted on the advert was that from the service before it was transferred she didn't explain why
it hadn't been updated on the Ad to reflect the additional miles
She didn't explain the discrepancy in the 2 mileage figures listed on the App.
She didn't think she needed to explain as there wasn't a discrepancy as the video I was sent of the car (I was buying on line from 200 miles away) said what the mileage was.Clearly I didn't pick up on the split second reference As the video was my only chance to view the condition of the car I was spending £17K on I wasn't listening out for any changes I have bought on line before and not had this issue.
She didn't explain why the advertised figure was inaccurate.Had the higher mileage been clearly stated I would have bought elsewhere
Having just read other comments I see somebody else has has had problems with this dealership being honest and transparent
My advice keep away

The reason for the 5 starts is the staff are very nice and helpful. My sales guy Mark was excellent he took his time explaining everything to me. I never felt rushed in anyway.

Professionalism, smile, comprehensive information and answers to questions

Called Vertu Toyota Glasgow.
I saw a used CHR 3 weeks ago advertised on their website at £28808. It said 25 miles on the clock. It's now at 4k miles and £30999 less £500 in their sale event. Spoke to Rachel in sales who waffled about it being a demo and the previous price and mileage details were automatically entered but were not correct. She would not honour the price even though I have a screen shot of the details. Beware of this sharp practice before buying from these people. It's left a very sour taste in my mouth.

Buying a new car can be scary to say the least! Molly took me for a test drive in Aygo X. I had planned to let Molly drive, but she gave me the confidence to do it! Then took plenty of time to go through every detail! Very helpful with swapping insurance and all the other online stuff that can be stressful and time consuming! Very happy with my overall experience ☺️

In October I took my Toyota Hilux in with excessive rust for the age of it. I had to pay £250 which I was told would be refunded if Toyota was at fault. (It wasn’t, apparently being poorly made was my problem) Once the car was checked I was told it was my problem as it hadn’t been serviced by Toyota and it wasn’t covered and to get it welded by someone myself and it didn’t need a new chassis like other garages have told me. Fast forward to now. My truck has been recalled for a whole new chassis (found to be perforated at 2 points and my fuel tank fell out in May) due to the severity of the rust along with thousands of others. Felt like a slap in the face after being told by their manager at vertu that “they’d never heard of problems with excessive rust on chassis of Hilux’s” if I had been able to afford the repairs at the time (in excess of £3-£6.5K) I’d have been horribly out of pocket. Needless to say for the recall my Hilux did not go back here. I would avoid and go to a different Toyota dealer. I was so disappointed and distressed as a small business owner that Toyota would treat me this way. My faith is restored but definetly not for this branch.

Well once you buy that service department is absolutely abysmal in service
Found out the Toyota protect hand not been done correctly but they fixed that after trying to get out of it ! It was only a 55k sale
Thing not been working right from day one but put up with them but then got two recalls on a car weeks old ?
Need it for a day that went on to two as was driver to collect yesterday but got a call 15 minutes from the garage to say it’s not ready!!!
Collected this afternoon and they charged me £20 for the use of a courtesy car to fix a Toyota problem and then they never even gave it a wash
Really disappointing service department

Incredibly rude staff, who didn’t seem to take our time in to consideration. We weren’t clearly communicated an appointment time to get our new car, and ended up spending all day having to deal with their administrative incompetence. I’ve been a customer for years and when I brought up that I felt there could have been better communication and respect for our time both Jared and Iona were incredibly rude. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent service from Arman Yasin in Vertu Toyota Darnley. Always available for queries and he made the process of trading in the old for new quite painless. Job well done.
