Great example of first class service
For me purchasing a car from you was not only good value but a very pleasant experience. The sales advisor,Ali Yaseed, made the whole procedure so straightforward . He listened carefully to our requirements and checked your stock against our stated criteria. He advised there was a car in preparation and would be available shortly. When he showed it to us it fitted the bill perfectly.

I recently purchased a Toyota C-HR from Vertu Toyota and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
From start to finish, Jenna Fellows was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision or purchasing additional products. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel completely straightforward and enjoyable.
The car was presented in excellent condition and everything was explained clearly. I also appreciated that the sales manager took the time to discuss the after-sales packages and offered a discount, which was a thoughtful gesture and demonstrated a genuine focus on customer satisfaction.
The whole team made me feel valued as a customer, and the service I received exceeded my expectations. It's rare to complete a car purchase with absolutely nothing negative to say, but that is genuinely the case here.
I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used Toyota, and I would especially like to thank Jenna for making the entire process so smooth and enjoyable.

I had a fantastic experience at Vertu Toyota Hamilton. The staff were amazing - especially William G and Christopher D who were helpful, genuine and provided me with great options within my price range without any pressure. They really worked with me to find the best fit and I felt like I had time and space to make my decisions. Both William and Christopher were extremely patient and provided me with all the information I needed. Buying a car can be a nerve wracking experience but I honestly would not hesitate to recommend Vertu Hamilton or to use them again myself.

Experience of a Motability customer
From the initial meeting to test drive a car to the final collection we found Vertu Motors to be attentive offering genuine assistance selecting the car with no sales pressure giving us the freedom to decide on the model most suited for our needs. A special thank you for their understanding and support when, due to an accident, we could not make the initial collection, their support was appreciated during a difficult recovery until we could eventually collect our new car.

Collected my new car yesterday
Collected my new car yesterday having travelled some 250 miles to Hamilton. The purchase was all dealt with via phone and email and this is the first (of 25) cars I have bought online. Excellent experience with Toyota Hamilton. After struggling to find the right car locally, I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Terry made the whole process effortless from start to finish.
The car was even better than described, and everything was sorted including delivery, tax, and a service package at a very good price.
