No warranty on my car !
Very bad service! I bought from them Toyota Vertu Loughborough a corolla 2023 plate last year , the car was only 230 miles... after 10 months when the car reached 9500 miles engine went boom and in the process I lost all the oil , the car since April stays in my local garage where they told me they can't fix my car because is missing the warranty!
When i bought the car was advertised is coming with 10 year warranty!
The reason of missing warranty is because the Toyota Vertu Loughborough they miss to do one year service on the car and warranty is lost!
When the car went broken in April I went to a Toyota in London they refuse to repair the car because i did not buy the car from them , I mean my car was on the platform and they refused!
I call other Toyota but they all could book me in months after!
I decided to call and book where I bought the car from ! The lady was very irritated on the phone, I explained the problem that the engine explode and I lost all the oil... and the person from AA definitely said do not start engine , i explained her.. SHE insisted to fill up with oil and try to drive the car ! I mean ok seriously !
I said to her I can't do that the engine is broken , suddenly she went quiet and did not say anything! I ask what happened why doesn't say nothing any more , she said If I don't listen to her is no point talking with me and she just hung up the phone ! Very rude attitude and lack of professionalism!
AA they can't take your car only to the first garage not far from house , the first Toyota refused they bring me to the next one closer to my house and I couldn't take the car to Toyota Vertu Loughborough! If i knew will take so long I will pay from my money a rescue to bring the car to them! I did not know how is it!
Anyway my garage where the car is they did they're checks and they wanted to fix the car but there is a problem! There is no full service and because is missing one year service the warranty blow off!
I mean i spent 22000£ and they sold me a car with no warranty!
And 2 months a go i started to call them both Toyota UK and Toyota Vertu Loughborough! I call the every week both for update! They both saying i need to speak with Toyota Vertu or viceversa they need to speak with Toyota UK! Common Toyota Vertu Loughborough i bought the car from you what Toyota UK have to do with this , i mean you sold me a car with no warranty.. anyway 2 months later i am here discombobulated !
I ask for courtesy car they didn't give me ! I took a loan to pay the car ..I have 3 more years to pay...
I am losing hours of time every week using comune transport!
I have a car losing value day by day , I lose money because I can't go work i taking taxis trains ! I need to travel far for my work !
Finally after 2 months Toyota UK they have the solution , to carry on with the process I need to pay 1050 £ from my pocket to do further investigation! I mean my garage checked the car already and they just waiting confirmation to be fixed under Warranty ...
And now Toyota Uk asking me for more money!

Last week I send a letter complaint with confirmation of arrival to Toyota Vertu Loughborough , someone contacted me through email and confirmed that they need to talk with Toyota UK to see what's happening!
You told me thisI first time i called your company! After 2 months same phrase and no solution!
I told them long a go i can't keep a car with no warranty and I will like a replacement or money back or some kind of resolve!
His answer was now
"""I am not prepared to support a request for your money back as the vehicle at time of sale did match the description. The vehicle has covered nearly 10,000 miles in your ownership which is obviously a consideration."""
I mean you trying to say is my fault the car has no warranty???
Common! everything is WOW
So much stress with everything... when finally this will be solved probably i need to see a doctor with regards to my mental health that all this stress has affected me

Vertu Toyota Loughborough have always provided a very high quality service which I am very satisfied with, this is second car I have purchased from this dealership.
Sullivan sales assistant listened and met all my needs, transferred my service plan to car I bought, he was friendly, polite and professional. Dan manager came to have a chat with me to ensure I was happy with my car before I left to drive back home to London. Chris business manager called me the following week to ask If I was happy with the car, I informed him I was very happy with the car, all staff at this dealership are very kind and professional and supportive. No pressure was asserted to buy a car.
Will definitely be going back when it’s time to change my car.
I highly recommend this dealership, will definitely recommend to friends, family and colleagues at work.

My first visit to a Vertu Toyota showroom, what a pleasant surprise. Easy to park, received a warm friendly welcome from receptionist who arranged for a member of the sales team to give advice on a selection of car's to suit my mobility needs. A week later I took a test drive in a Toyota urban cruiser and placed the order the same day. I took delivery a week ago and it reaches all the expectations I was looking for. Many thanks to the whole team especially Karen on reception and of course Lewis the sales advisor.

The sales personnel were all very friendly without being assertive.
We were really impressed with the welcome and customer support.

Most enjoyable experience from the start, show room was clean and greeted well. The sales guy Sullivan had a nice manner about him and very knowledgable about the cars and extra products you could purchase if required.

I never felt under any pressure to purchase any of the insurances regarding, paintwork, interior protection, alloy wheel protection etc but I did purchase one I thought was relevant to me.

Collecting the car was great with a little something special to reveal my purchase.

We was greeted by Ben who was very professional,informative and just lovely throughout our journey to help find the right car for us.
There was no pushy salesman talk, Ben just gave us all the information we needed and gave us time to decide what was best for us.
We now have a great little car that we are very happy with and thank Ben for all his help. All the staff were excellent there and I would highly recommend anyone to go there if they looking for a new car.

Once again a flawless fantastic experience. I've just collected my brand new Auto X Hybrid. And everything from start to collection was handled by the professional service and sales team. It's such a pleasure to purchase a vehicle and just know you will get looked after and never pressured.
