Exceptional service
Everything was explained clearly, there was an ongoing offer of help with the tech within the car whenever needed. Greg (salesperson ) made the experience of purchasing an electric car simple. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions ( there were many) were answered, I know I can call in anytime if I have any problem.

I recently got a new car through Vertu Motors, and I can’t thank Gregg at Bristol Street Motors Crewe enough for his help. What I thought might have been near impossible was made smooth and stress-free thanks to his support.
Gregg was open, honest, direct, and really understanding throughout the process. Communication was excellent, and I always felt fully informed.
I’m absolutely over the moon with my new car and really impressed with the service I received. Highly recommend Gregg and the team at Vertu Motors Crewe!

Staff listened to our needs and found us the car spec we were after. No pushy sales for extras, no pushy phone calls, just a great deal of knowledge to share.
