Excellent service
The customer service here is excellent, the staff member I had was so patient and helpful with all my questions and indecisiveness. Buying a new car is a big decision and he made it as easy as possible even setting up the satnav and phone for me. Definitely recommend others using this place.

All staff were excellent, our previous car went back and we thought we could manage without a car for a few weeks but due to a few changed hospital appointments we need a car ASAP. Thanks to Martin he managed to get us what we wanted extra quick. Excellent service from all

We recently collected my son’s mobility…
We recently collected my son’s mobility car from Vertu Vauxhall Durham and the service we received was excellent from start to finish.
The whole experience felt very personal and supportive. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, and we never felt rushed or overwhelmed. All the features of the car were demonstrated properly, and we were guided through everything we needed to know so we felt confident before leaving.
Most importantly, we were made to feel comfortable and understood. With a mobility vehicle, it’s not just about collecting a car, it’s about making sure the person using it feels secure and supported, and they absolutely delivered on that.
Thank you for making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and positive. We truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown to our family.

I really want to mention George Pepper
I really want to mention the Young guy George Pepper who helped me there. I ended up buying a car from him. So helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend you to ask for him if you are thinking of buying a car.
Also thank you the very helpful Michael at the service desk who took time to help me get to know the new car.

Excellent customer service from Gary who kept me updated regularly on the progress of my new car. I picked it up yesterday and everything was dealt with efficiently, from having paperwork ready to explaining everything and showing round the car and how everything worked. Would definitely recommend

I always get good advise and treatment off Alyson Stafford at vertu morters Pity Me Durham. Ali always makes sure you pick the rite car for your disability makes sure its OK to get in and out of the car,makes sure you know all the buttons on the dash board etc,
Makes sure you have a test drive so that you can feel the car,anything is not a problem just so professional, kind cheerful and really helpful .

Not a good experience when I went to…
Not a good experience when I went to look at it it wanted body work on the passenger side the sales man said it would be all done when I picked it up it was parked beside another vehicle on that side so couldn’t see it but when I got it home they hadn’t touched the body work so what’s to say that the service etc has been done when they lied about the body work I phoned the sales man about it and they have booked it in on the 07/01/26 for the work to be done this is not very professional and dishonest to the customer so I hope they keep there word this time
