Just found out after taking apart my…
Just found out after taking apart my car to check the cabin filter that it hasn't been replaced in over 5 years and I had a service on July of the year before saying the cabin/pollen filter looked ok
Very disappointed and angered by this as I paid for a major service and didn't receive this.

A solid 5 star experience at Volvo Exeter - Friendly team and a great car. While the overall process was positive, I think a couple of areas like communication clarity could benefit from some fine tuning, the team want the best for you and i would happily recommend them.

From start to finish of buying a brand new Volvo EX40 from Vertu Volvo Exeter was seamless. They where extreamly helpful in answering any questions we had. Collecting my new car was easy. James went through all of the e-paperwork simply and made sure I was happy with the all of the options. He also went through some of the new controls before I drove it away.

Made to feel welcome from the outset. (Receptionist smiled and gave me coffee and discussed the weather!)
Harrison (salesman) was excellent in every respect and really knew the car and systems. Follow through good and car presented in 1st class order.

A stress free experience at Volvo…
A stress free experience at Volvo Exeter. All of the staff were brilliant; a particular thank you to George CleelandSmith, Taylor and Darren. There was no pressure just lots of information and advice. George spent several hours with me and then provided excellent backup care after I had purchased my car. I would recommend Vertu Exeter without reservation if you're looking for a new or used Volvo.

I like Volvo and this dealership…
I like Volvo and this dealership treated my dad with respect and were very helpful when he was buying his new XC60. But he had problems with his parking sensors one of them was faulty they sorted this under warranty which was good of them 2 months before his warranty expired 2 more senses went wrong but he didn’t report it until after. I told him to let them know that it’s the same set of sensors on the rear. To let them know when they started playing up they didn’t want to hear it. Out of warranty means £££££. The tried to offer him £600+ billion for sorting two faulty sensors on the same wiring loom as the previous one that went faulty. Safe to say he won’t be renewing his car as a Volvo.custome service went downhill then.

Great service by Will Leonard from test drive all the way through to placing my order and recieving my car. Will kept me updated at all the relevant stages and even helped to chase up Ohme about the installation of my free car charger.

Had car serviced at Vertu Volvo Exeter today. Truly exemplary service all-round. Good communication, prompt fulfilment and went the extra mile by repairing a tyre at no cost. Mechanic Dave and every one else I spoke to were very helpful.

Seamless Purchase!
I found the vehicle online for a very competitive price, however it was over 400 miles away at Volvo Exeter. I reserved the vehicle and between the Branch Manager, Darren and my Sales Advisor, Eliott the purchase could not have been more seamless.
They sent numerous videos of the vehicle to make sure I was satisfied, explained every step of the process which made it all transparent and even discounted the price of the vehicle after purchase due to Vertu commencing a Nationwide sale.
The vehicle then got delivered to my front door in Scotland and their after sale was fantastic, making sure I was 100% satisfied.
