I bought oil make up remover that advertised to take make up off easily but it actually just smudged make up all over.
I tried to get help through customer service that told me I donât know how to use the product and they will not be providing refund or exchange.
I could not believe that any business would expect to grow and be successful in such competitive online market.
Left me feeling like I had no value as a customer whatsoever.
