The team of Viable Power have been extremely efficient and installed my solar panels , battery and inverter system within a few hours . Thank you so much Nathan and Molly for the initial quote and constant update .Despite the roof of the new extention was not finished, Zac found the solution for fitting the panels on the old roof and sorted with the builder additional installation once the new roof is finished . Electricians, Bradley and Max did an excellent job connected the whole system , set me up on the app where I can see my solar supply and my consumption. The Viable Power already completed all the necessary documents to register the system within the grid the same day as the installation! What a great service! Highly recommended,

Viable Power were great from the outset, no pressure and very professional throughout the whole process from initial enquiry, survey, through to fitment and payment. Nathan was my initial point of contact and constantly gave excellent and responsive communication. The office team of Rob, Alex, Molly were great, as were the install team of Dom, Max, Harry and Matt plus the panel installers. All the team were very polite and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who is thinking of installing Solar Panels

Extremely efficient team, arrived on time and completed the installation with a minimum of fuss. Harry, Steve and Matt were curteous and polite, explained how the system works and went through the mysig app with me so that I can get the best out of the system. When they'd completed the installation they cleaned up afterwards and left the house in a good state. If it wasn't for the fact that I now have fabulous solar panels and battery you would hardly have known that they been. Very happy!!!

Excellent experience with Viablepower. Pre-sales liaison was responsive, we got a quick install date and both PV panels and an AlphaESS battery were installed on one day - clean and no fuss. Despite it being the hottest day ever. Shout out to both the sparks team, Bradley, Max and Matt, and Nick & the PV guys. Definitely recommend this company.

Steve and Dom done an amazing job installing our new battery kit. Lovely chaps to have around for the day. Such a neat job and full clear up after, late into a Friday evening to get it done.

Steve and Dom arrived prompt in the morning, they explained what they were going to do and where cables would be run, battery/ inverse placed and if I was OK with it. The work was completed in a timely fashion and everything was in a nice orderly fashion. After the work was complete, they cleaned up all their mess, picked up the rubbish and loaded it all in their van and took it away.
Steve and Dom were the most polite and well mannered workmen I've had the pleasure to deal with in a long time. Much appreciated.

The process from start to finish was seamless and well described. I could not be happier with the system and the guys involved. They listened and understood my needs.

I would highly recommend Viable Power

This company is very local to me and had put a leaflet through the door advertising their services. I was only after a car charger (not solar panels). After a few emails/calls, with lots of questions about my set-up, eventually they sent someone to survey. Since then weeks have passed and nothing.
If they aren't interested in just doing EV car chargers then I wish they had said so from the start and didn't waste everyone's time.
No interesting in doing the job. Really hope they aren't as bad with their customers when doing solar, but from my experience I would avoid them.

I started enquiries with Viable Power in about April of this year. The original enquiry was for solar and battery installation.
The service I have received since then has been amazing. Chris in the office provided multiple quotes for various scenarios which really helped with choosing the best configuration.
Tom performed the survey and was very so hopeful in providing an honest assessment of the roof. It turns out that the roof would require work prior to be suitable for solar panel installation. After discussions with the roofer we decided to postpone the roof top solar and go with just battery storage. There was no pressure to put solar panels up just a honest and professional assessment and a genuine desire to provide the best service and product based on what I could afford and what was right.
We were doing major renovations at the time this was all happening and the team at Viable went above and beyond to ensure that some of the electrical work was done before all the new flooring was put down. Brad came round and did this work and he was fantastic.
The system was ultimately installed by Zak and Max who had it all up and running in a day. It’s clear they’re passionate about their work and love what they do.
Finally the office staff have been excellent, the WhatsApp contact system they use is great and they’re highly responsive, everyone I’ve spoken to has been fantastic: Alex, Molly, Katie.
All in all I couldn’t recommend Viable enough and I will certainly be using them again for any home renewable solutions I may require. Thank you all.

Jamie & Steve were both very professional, courteous and kept a clean work space. They explained the process and what was happening throughout the installation. Handover was clear and concise. The whole team worked well together and were very hardworking and respectful.

We had a great experience with Viable Power. Before installation the team were very clear on the benefits and quick to respond to the queries that we had. The installation itself was very efficient with the different teams (electricians and roofers) working well with each other. They were also very flexible in dealing with some late changes that we requested. I would highly recommend Viable Power if you are consider installing solar panels/EVs.

Harry Max and Matt arrived promptly at 8 am worked efficiently keeping us informed of each stage and asking when it was most convenience to take the electric off line. They were very pleasant company chatting but constantly working. They were tidy and cleaned up leaving everything as they found it or in the case of the cupboard were the electric meter is located cleaner. Very professional. They ensured we were happy with everything as well as ensuring we had the app loaded and running contacting the company when they realised there was a problem and resolving it. Highly recommend this company to anyone

We had solar panels and battery installed and from initial discussions around sizing, through the day of installation and aftercare, the team from Viable Power was friendly and professional. We had Brad, Harry and Steve over to work on the installation of our solar panel system. They were all super nice, professional and helpful during the 2 days of work.

Great service provided by both Max and Harry on my recent Inverter installation, they arrived on time got right to work and on one of the hottest days of the year. I was kept informed at every step of the way and the handover was great. I could not recommend these guys more, I will definitely use viable in the future.
