Nets var brudt sammen og derfor fungerede kreditkortet ej. Dette er ikke firmaets skyld, men medarbejderen gjorde intet for at hjælpe os og var uvenlig. Han afpressede os til at tegne en ekstra forsikring og truede med, at vi ikke kun få bilen, hvis transaktionen ikke "om 10 minutter" kom igennem. Et meget ubehagelig oplevelse med 2 små børn en sen lørdag aften i et fremmed land

The worst car hire experience I have ever had
Due to our plane leaving the UK an hour late, passport control at Bergamo airport being ridiculously slow and the sales person at the Viaggiare desk being stupidly slow with the one single client in front of us, (30 minutes waiting), we were then told that our car hire was cancelled due to us being 2 hours late and had to pay a "late fee" of 50 euros each. We had paid for the car at the point of booking in the UK and they had our flight details on the booking so could have checked. After arguing our case, the fee was reduced to 25 euros each but not waivered.
Once given our car keys, we were told to get on a bus to a car park, we had been led to believe the car was actually in the terminal, not 10 minutes drive away.
The bus was dangerously hot and overcrowded with nowhere to put luggage, one guy got so angry about there being no room and threatened my son, it was very upsetting.
Getting off the bus, we had no idea where the car was, we had not been given any instructions at all and spent 30 minutes wandering around until we phoned the supplier. We were then directed to an actual car hire booth at the opposite end of the car park. There was no baby seat in the car which we had paid for, and there was rubbish left by the previous customer. This was by far the worst car hire I have ever experienced and I regularly hire cars in many countries.

come riportato nei nostri termini e condizioni “L’importo del deposito verrà restituito dal Locatore qualora, all’estinzione del rapporto contrattuale, il veicolo venga riconsegnato integro e completo di tutte le parti ed accessori, nonché a seguito dell’accertamento del corretto assolvimento degli obblighi contrattuali assunti dal Cliente. A tal proposito il Locatore precisa che lo sblocco del deposito cauzionale generalmente avviene nelle ore immediatamente successive alla chiusura del contratto di noleggio, tuttavia potrebbe accadere che la cifra sbloccata non risulti immediatamente disponibile sull’ estratto conto del Cliente. Il Locatore infatti provvede a rilasciare i fondi ma non ha alcun controllo sui tempi effettivi del riaccredito, che sono invece determinati dalle società che gestiscono le carte di credito del Cliente e dai circuiti interbancari, in merito a cui non potrà essere addebitata alcuna responsabilità al Locatore per l’eventuale ritardo di effettivo riaccredito di detti importi dalla data di avvenuto sblocco.”

No issues except the car had a flat…
No issues except the car had a flat tyre on pickup. They exchanged for another vehicle right away so I could get away immediately. They did not push me for expensive insurance or try to claim damage deposit on my return. Staff quite pleasant

per our T&C "In case of purchase from third parties of excess insurance, or similar products to cover the excess provided for the compensation limitations of the Lessor, the Customer will still be held liable towards the Lessor for any amount due up to the excess indicated in the rental contract and it will remain the Customer's responsibility to request the relevant reimbursement from their insurer and/or third party."

Staff member at car pick up was great, but initial car allocated was very poor, missing bumper section, much damage and flat tyre.

al check-in non c'era nessuno che potesse aiutarti a trovare l'auto e a visionare lo stato dei danni già presenti, al check-out dopo aver fatto il giro per ben tre volte sono riusciti a trovare un graffietto quasi invisibile che già era presente mi hanno chiesto una cifra esorbitante, assurdo mai più
