El trato en el mostrador del aeropuerto fue correcto , el personal que nos atendió nos explicó todo bien y fue un proceso ágil.

Very friend, helpful and funny staff at the desk made the whole experience of car hire so much better, they were concerned about my insurance policy without trying to sell me extra insurance, they just wanted to make sure I was legal on the road before they handed the keys over. Excellent service.

Nos dieron un skoda Kamiq al cual no le funcionaba la pantalla por lo que no pudimos conectar la radio, ni el telefono para ver el navegador. Los cargadores usb tampoco cargaban y a parte el deposito de gasolina no estaba lleno. Un poco desastre, la verdad.

El tiempo de recogida fue muy rápido y satisfactorio. El chico que me entregó las llaves fue muy amable y hablaba español.

La mia esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. Fin dal primo momento, il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile, rendendo tutto il processo semplice e veloce. L’auto era in perfette condizioni e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato ottimo. Ho apprezzato molto l’attenzione ai dettagli e la professionalità dello staff. Sicuramente tornerò a utilizzare i vostri servizi in futuro!

Started of with being slightly late due to queues at passport, so was charged a extra €50 for a late collection, the fuel was significantly lower than they advised when we collected & now we have been charged a extra £171 for god knows what else, 1 days car hire cost £236 when it should of cost £14, I have emailed the info email address with no response at all, car hire at Bergamo Airport has been enough to put us off hiring a car ever again, this company are fraudsters, they offer reasonable car hire prices & then rip customers off, zero customer service & zero morals, please avoid before you end up in a situation like us, we will be taking this further as we have a video showing the car was left in perfect condition, they intentionally do not have anyone at the drop off site so they can falsely charge customers extras, if you need car hire use a reputable company, this company is damaging the car hire industry, look at the other reviews, they do this time & time again 😢

In the end up we were okay but because our plane was delayed we were concerned the booking was going to time out. I phoned Viaggiare to advise them of our late arrival (still well within their opening hours) and they said the booking would time out after an hour. When we did arrive at the desk there was a queue.

I note that Viaggiare have confirmed in their response that they may not honour the booking if you are more than an hour late. I would like to point out several
issues with this. I booked through a broker and nowhere on the voucher does it say the booking will not be honoured if you are over an hour late. If you are picking up a car at an airport this also seems unreasonable as often you are delayed through no fault of your own! You then have paid for a car that they won’t give you and they won’t refund your money!!! Sounds like a scam to me…..

I had originally given three stars but due to confirmation from Viaggiare as to their position on this matter I have reduced it to one star!!!!

We hired a car from Bergamo airport and were extremely impressed with the whole process. I had some concerns regarding a driving licence before I booked and my emails were always answered promptly. The pick up and return process was quick and efficient so no waiting around.
The price I paid was the best of all the car hire companies I looked at and the car was in good condition.
I’d definitely use again and highly recommend

Pessima società. Clausole ai limiti della vessatorietà. Scoperto prelievo su carta di credito di 25€ mai fatturato nè contestato nè indicato. Fuggire da questa società.
