Transfer was a no show
Booked a transfer from Charles De Gaulle airport to Paris months in advance. The transfer was a no show and we spent an hour looking for them before giving up. The company did not contact us, and it took a couple of emails from us to get them to "look into it". In the end we were sent a refund because "the transfer was unavailable",no apologies given and we wonder if a refund would have been provided if we didn't contact them. Very poor service.

The taxi I booked did not arrive. I spoke to customer services 20 min before the taxi was due to check the booking. I then had to repeatedly chase them for a update as time passed. Eventually 50 minutes after contacting them I receive a message saying please proceed with another transport ! That was it . Terrible service I would not recommend.
