Not fun
The delivery took 2 weeks and the battery doesn’t belong in an ‘excellent’ condition phone because it’s not working properly

Customer service needs reviewing
While deliver and all of that was fine. Post delivery customer service was very disjointed. I had lots of people telling me that "someone else" would help me with an issue I had but no one did.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience after delivery. While I’m glad the delivery itself went smoothly, it’s disappointing to learn that our post-delivery support felt disjointed and that you were passed between people without receiving the help you needed. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention your feedback helps us improve.
