The boutique is absolutely stunning and reflects the brand beautifully: elegant, refined, thoughtful, and impeccably curated, with service that felt just as elevated as the products.
I already have my eye on several more products and can't wait to go back. I much prefer shopping for makeup in natural daylight, so I'm looking forward to spending a bit more time there on my next visit.

We were greeted from the moment we walked into the shop, the assistant was showing us around and explaining about the new location. I absolutely loved a pair of shoes so the assistant helped me with the size. Super friendly staff and we will def be back!

I had a large delivery but a lot of the items weren’t very nice quality. I ended up keeping only two items. A pair of black trousers and a cashmere top. I washed the trousers once at 30C and it came out blotchy with a lot of the black washed out. That has never happened to me even with £30 black trousers. Then the top after two short wears had threads come out and one made a hole that rapidly spread like a pair of tights. Both items and over £600 going in the bin within days of purchase. Customer service is putting all blame on me. I think it’s despicable and what a horrible business. No wonder it’s failing.

I ordered a belt from the US. Shipping was super fast considering item was coming from the UK. Belt was high quality and discounted so it was a great value!

I am very satisfied. Recently bought a dress and a few items from loungewear. Great natural materials, products were made of cotton, wool, mohair, also products were made in Portugal which really matters to me. No nonsense like polyester etc. Items arrived on time, nicely packed. I am a returning customer.

I have a lot of appreciation for the brand, the shop and the team that tries to make the shopping experience pleasant.
Unfortunately, my last purchase was not successful and it is already a month that I cannot get the desired item shipped to me in the right size and communication with the sales person is experiencing delays and a lot of unresponsiveness.

1. I bought the wide satin tuxedo belt in 70 cm. Too small. I shipped it back with all the packaging. I never received the credit
2. I repurchased the belt in 80 cm. It never arrived.
I really need some customer service here.

My experience wasn't bad but not top level - left in the changing room quite a while before being checked on as I needed some help and a different size. Don't love the returns policy - not refund just exchange within 14 days - seems geared towards VB and not the customer. Could do better I would say!

I have now bought 5 VB garments, all of which I absolutely love. They were delivered very quickly, and communication was great throughout. There was one occasion I had to contact customer service, and they were super quick and efficient to deal with. They, and all the correspondence, point to a very professional set-up, and the customer experience is clearly very important to them. I would give them an absolute five star rating throughout.

The most beautiful experience in a boutique. A 3 story building with a stunning interior, comfortable settling, and the most helpful staff that likes to get to know your style and color preferences. And Ofcourse you get to explore the artof the most talented fashion designer which speaks through her captivating pieces. Left with the most gorgeous dresses and handbag which I’ve been getting so many compliments on.
