The support team were absolutely amazing! I required a rush evisa and selected the urgent 2 day option. Made my payment on a Sunday and it was ready by Tuesday, in advance of the Wednesday deadline that was originally stated.. They even were cautious enough to email me after I made payment, to resend another image of the passport due to a glare, ensuring that my application would not get rejected.
