I had an order that hadn’t arrived, and after sending an email I received a response immediately. ( it had been returned without a clear name/ address). Within a day I received my order and a refund for postage. Amazing communication and action. You can’t ask for better than that. Thankyou Vine Apparel ( and I love the dress I ordered)!

The dress I first ordered was true to size

I messed up ordering a skirt twice
I phoned them and actually spoke to a human being who was very courteous and helpful and emailed me that it had been corrected for me
I will definitely be ordering from them in the future as it’s great knowing what company’s are both helpful and obliging and all the items I have ordered so far have been of high quality

Very poor refund processes - I requested a refund instead of a gift card - I received neither after returning my product. Please keep your tracking number - as they will deny receiving it.

Vine apparel was easy to shop with, fast delivery.
Purchased the 'comfiest PJs Long - pink hearts'. Beautiful fabric, super soft. Great fit in pants, top large in comparison, but sleeves quite tight. Colour faded after one wash. Still lovely to wear

Dress was way too big and too long, went onto website only find they do not refund full amount, by the time I pay to return item I'll be $32:93 out of pocket, Very dissapointed I think I'll keep dress and take my dressmaking Scissors to it I think I can give it a better shape 🤷‍♀️ Vine reply only addresses P&P not the fact that after discount dress was $67 and refund was $55 hence with P&P $32 out of pocket sorry will not buy from Vine again 🤷‍♀️

I ordered 3 dresses. 2 were kept and 1 returned. I am unhappy that I was not refunded the monies spent but, instead, received a gift card to redeem at another time. I question as to why my money was not deposited in my bank such that other online retailers do. This is the last time this site will be used!

I have shopped here numerous times over the years and have always been happy with my purchases. Unfortunately two of the dresses purchased this month have pilled just from wearing a seatbelt in the car which is very disappointing given the cost of the dresses.

Just disappointing that you have to pay for returns. Ordered my size top, but it was huge on me. Would have needed to go down 2 sizes. I would have ordered another one in smaller size, but makes it a very expensive top when you have to pay for returns. I won’t buy from this online store again.

Tried to do a return, however no response to multiple emails, when I rang i was spoken to by a very abrasive team leader who continued to talk over me, stating multiple times it was ok for them to talk over me as they had the answers. Found there was an issue on their end, no apology just its sorted... will never use again due to this person's attitude and rude nature.

I recently had an issue with a faulty dress and their team could not have handled it better. They were incredibly understanding and easy to deal with, offering me a credit note promptly — and even told me to keep the dress to wear around the house or have repaired if I wanted.

It’s so refreshing to deal with a brand that truly stands by their products and looks after their customers. Thank you, Vine Apparel, for making what could have been a frustrating situation such a positive experience!

I love, love, love Vine Apparel dresses, they are exactly my style. However, the sizing is so difficult to get right online. Each dress has different measurements for the same size, so I cannot go by what I already own. I always use the size guide but because this may vary by 1-2cm (which I think applies to flat measurements, so could be 2-4cm in total) , I always end up sizing up, and so I now have quite a few dresses that are probably just a bit too big on me (although I still wear them). Returning purchases makes little economic sense after costs ($8.95 x 3 for shipping, and possibly a returns handling fee?). So all in all, I will probably not buy online any more, but only if I am near the Cromer store.

The clothes are comfortable and stylish. I would like a few more plain coloured boho style blouses but love my recently purchased sleek boho blouse. Very good re returns and I am still wearing the first vine apparel summer dress I bought a few years back. The sizes are created for REAL women. So glad this company exists!

I’ve bought multiple times from Vine Apparel - both online and in person. The range, the quality, the service and the price can’t be faulted. I love all the things I’ve bought including dresses, tops & skirts.

You can buy new asseries every time and trending thease are in your budget

Return for a incorrect size that I made in error was resolved easily and refunded back to me quickly.

Very disappointed with Vine Apparel. Ordered a dress on sale weeks ago. Went into my email today….. received a message a couple on minutes later to say they had cancelled the order. Please don’t confirm order and then decide to cancel it weeks later.

I pruchased the Stella dress in navy for my son's wedding in Nov 24 and 5 days before the wedding I decided to buy the size smaller. It arrived in 3 days and I was so happy. It felt and looked amazing. I got so many compliments. I was also the celebrant which was special.

I intended to buy two blouses and two dresses than decided to check reviews and changed my mind. I want a hassle free decent fabric garments with no hassle returns. Sorry
