My knit arrived and it was only half the length of the advertised style. False advertising

I’m so glad I found Vine Apparel. Everything I’ve received from them has been exactly as pictured, if not better. Every time they send an email I buy something 😅

The “ Lana” dress has arrived and it is PERFECT!
The length is just under the knee ….the fabric, the sleeves and the fit…ALL PERFECT!
The zipper is so concealed it cannot be seen and the elastic at the back is subtle and not bulky which means it just skims and sits over the waist
The side pockets are a bonus and the soft flare of the skirt is so feminine
I love this dress and can’t wait for the weather to cool down!
Perfect for any age ( I’m 70)
Add a pair of heels
or ankle boots ….great for any occasion!

Vine Apparel. I received my order in just 2 days. I bought the Daisy Jean's ( Dark blue) in a size 12, normally a size 12 and the BoBo top in Navy stripe. The jeans are BEYOND perfect!
Perfect stretch, length and colour. So flattering my husband thought I had lost weight😄 I can wear them with wedges or platform sneakers and they look equally awesome. The top is everything I wanted this autumn. Like a shrunken Kylie long sleeve tee. I will have these on constant rotation! Thank you

Very happy with my several orders over the last year or so. The products have all been exactly how they look online and are true to size. I think the quality is really good and I have worn my items a lot and they still look smart.

I recently purchased the Sparrow Poncho. It's a lovely, unusual, glamourous but snuggly piece but, when it arrived, I realised I would not wear it as it is just not right on me (I'm very tall and need longer). However, one of my friends was delighted to take it off my hands and has already packed it to wear on her forthcoming trip to New York! She is thrilled with it. Vine provides lovely garments at ridiculously good prices, delivered quickly. I'm a repeat customer because I love their gear and think they're great.

I’ve recently purchased dresses, then I purchased more, and then I purchased more! I suddenly realised they are always bringing in new stock. It’s amazing, well priced and I particularly like models of different sizes wearing the clothes. It’s so helpful to understand the sizing and sometimes I measure against my own wardrobe to test my size selection. The clothes fit beautifully. Shipping is very reliable. Good job! Highly recommend

The star score reflects the return process. Firstly, a full refund is not FULL as the company takes 10% of the purchase, for apparent handling fees. Secondly, you then pay for your own postage label at a cost of $8.95. I think I lost approximately $20 to return two items that didn’t fit well. I personally won’t be shopping with this brand again.

Delivered 2 shirts today one orange and one hot pink..originally ordered large but emailed and changed to XL. Arrived opened the pack to find Large in the bag ???? Then the button fell off. $50 per shirt ..$100 all up...just sucks. So disappointed

Sizing is large, material is adequate. I was disappointed in quality and sizing. When buying, especially from outside Australia remember the 10% admin fee to process a return after as well as the cost to return the item.

I bought 4 dresses on line.
The quality is shocking.
I have one size small dress that could comfortably fit a size 16-18.
I have another dress that is so poorly finished at the neckline, that it can’t be worn (white stitching on black material). The other two are ok I guess.
Both were final sale, so can only be returned at my cost, and minus 10%.
I won’t be purchasing from there again.

I bought the Stella dress and it's perfect...great fit, very well made, and the fabric is lovely...

I'll definitely buy again from this company.

I have just received my latest order from Vine Apparel! I’m so so happy. I ordered the Axel Jeans and the Lauren Knit. I’ve never had a bad item or experience with Vine and these were even better than expectation. I have not had a pair of jeans fit so well since before I had babies! It’s a game changer. I feel so good in them! The order came so quick and both were on sale so even better!

Recently bought the Ollie dress to wear for work out in Central Australia. Dress is so airy and comfortable and cool on these hot days
My experience with the Vine team has always been positive. I’ve called direct to work out which size to order for various items. I wanted a white dress once for a photo shoot and they made it happen in the blink of an eye. Orders have arrived within the week of ordering.

Quick delivery, the jeans I received were a good fit and comfy as. The Kiely knit, which was a sale item was perfect. I actually ordered the wrong pair of jeans and they were quick to fix my error. Thanks vine apparel.

Material is average, sizing is big and they have a very poor refund policy. Their customer service is appalling. I bought white pants that were supposed to be a size small but they were so big, they were unwearable & I am a size 14. Who knows how they got them to fit the size 8 model in the advertising photos. They refused to refund me when I returned them.
The picture is of the purchased size small white pants underneath an actual size 14.
Other garments I have ordered have also needed fixing or altering.
There are much better places to buy from. I will never spend another cent with them!

I hate to be the person who complains, so it’s taken me a while to bother reviewing… but after seeing so many people posting glowing reviews after simply receiving their package and trying it on, I need to post about the longevity of products.
I bought two shirts which on first inspection were exactly as described and looked lovely. On closer inspection, the striped pattern shirt was poorly made - the stripes don’t line up at the seams so it looks messy. After wearing and washing it a handful of times (as per instructions on garment) the stitching has started coming undone. After the first wash, the fabric at the back of the shirt warped so that the scoop shape of the bottom hem is totally uneven and off centre.
The second shirt, a button up blouse, lost its colour after the very first wash. It faded immediately and then the third time I washed it, it was line dried in the sun for about two hours and the sun has bleached the bottom half of it (the part that was facing the sun) so it’s completely unwearable now.

Both items, if I had to guess, have been pumped out of some cheap, labour factory that cares about quantity not quality.

I won’t buy from this company again. Their clothes look fantastic but they just don’t wear well and they do not last - not acceptable for the price tag.

Vine Apparel really out did themselves! I received an item and sadly it had a manufacturer fault that could not be picked up until during/after it was worn! Unfortunately for me to wear it I had to adjust the length. Although I wasn’t really expecting to get a replacement due to the above, they totally honoured it! I contacted them to advise them to look out for a similar issue. Their response was quick and helpful to say the least! Well done Vine apparel! You have my vote. Excellent customer service and after sales service.
