Hi, I never received an email providing me a heads up that my shipment was being packed so I received the order with some bottles I would have declined. On top of that, I'm not pleased with the value of the wines as I could find these for $12-15 per bottle and I just paid close to $25 per bottle, yikes!

first order we got some one else wine, and invoice. call and report the mistake? order was replace with same wine? not wath was on the list, for me trying Vinesse wine club. promise a gift , did not get? wine was good. i did not like the service,and mistake!

A wide variety of wines from different regions, delivery in time, good promo to try out the service.

Called to cancel my subscription, it was not canceled. I was billed for a mew order. Called to cancel the new order before it was shipped out any vinnesse refused. Said I had to wait for the shipment pay to mail it back, and that they would give me a credit, minus a restocking fee for a future order. Made no sense since I clearly was not looking to make any future purchases. Awful customer service.

Poor to average. Could not rate the wines a solid average.

3 of the bottles in my shipment (I’ve only opened 3 so far) have had bone dry corks, 2 of which cracked/crumbled in the bottle while decorking. Disappointed.

The wines in the introductory set are amazing! And there’s 8 bottles for $40, which is unheard of! Be careful to cancel your auto shipments w/in a month unless you want to pay $120 for 6 bottles (although quality-wise, they’re worth it).

UPS attempted delivery 3 times and I wasn’t home — even though I’m retired and around the house pretty regularly. UPS never gave me a time when they would attempt delivery — guess I need to just be here 24 hours a day to meet the driver. UPS then sent the wine to a UPS shipping center far from my home, ignoring the UPS shipping center 3 miles from my house. UPS then gave me the runaround on the phone when I tried to get the wine shipped back to the UPS center close to my home. This just isn’t worth it — better to buy wine at Costco.

Had trouble getting into my account and getting tracking info. Had to call and have things reset twice. All is good now I think

They charged my account without notice or authorization. Scam.

Arrived as scheduled and intact; packaging was excellent. The wines we have tried have been quite good, although we haven't tried all four yet. Its been a good experience so far.

Scam. They automatically ship wine whether you want it or not. Billing per bottle is about 50% higher than other sources on internet. To add insult to injury, shipping is outrageous. So a $10 bottle that they charge $16 for, comes to over $26/bottle. To add insult, even though deal is you have chance to review shipment and cost and then approve the shipment, they claim they don't advise you...they just ship and charge your credit card. If you don't want the shipment you can return for future credit (only the $96 of the $148 they charge). However you pay shipping, close to $60 and restocking fee of who knows how much. I called my bank's fraud department to get full credit. These guys are little more than full fledged scam artists!

Great wine—I wish the regular subscription wasn’t so expensive!

Ordering was simple, delivery was efficient and the wines were very good! I wasn’t used to receiving an order where I enjoyed every wine!

I would give the quality of the a four star but tracking my deliveries a 2 star.
