Violette.fr es francesa?

Es una marca francesa, pero envían desde Estados Unidos. Vivo en España y al ser enviado desde fuera de la UE no permiten la entrada del producto al país a pesar de que en la pagina web dicen que envían a todo el mundo.

NO customer service

NO customer service. Surprised? It is French, do not be surprised. Do not expect policies that typically come with customer service: returns, correcting errors, communication, discounts applied. Someone may get back to your request...but it is too late and you will be blamed for that...not them!

Ne commandez pas sur ce site à fuir

Ne commandez pas sur ce site, arnaque trÚs bien ficelée, le colis est marqué livré en France alors que rien évidemment dans la boîte aux lettre.
Le service client ne réponds pas, heureusement j’ai réglé avec PayPal, j attends toujours le remboursement via la gestion des litiges.
A fuir!

Absolute rubbish was sent-- the materials and quality is worse than Wet N' Wild. These prices are as high as Chanel. Get better stuff.

When I needed to return, there was no policy for returning this crap. Avoid. Avoid... Avoid!!!

Avoid ordering online if in Europe

I placed an order on November 21st and it still hasn’t arrived here as of December 17th, which is crazy. The tracking info says there was an attempted delivery on December 4th, but I was home and received no phone call, ring or message in my mailbox about it. When I reached out to customer service, what seemed like Chat GPT sent me a message thanking me for my patience and giving me the same tracking link. I am in Paris, so you would think a brand that markets itself as being so French would have chosen a good delivery service for its European customers. I’ve always loved watching Violette’s videos and this is my first time ordering from / buying from the company and I just feel so disappointed
