It took some time for the product to be shipped so I contacted customer service. They had problems with their system. The customer service team was quick to resolve the issue and got the product in 4days. Such an exceptional service.

I keep ordering Boum Boum Milk, it’s honestly the best skincare product I’ve ever discovered! Yes, shipping to Europe can take a little while, but the Customer Experience Team has always been incredibly kind about my impatience and super helpful with tracking updates.

I ordered this lipstick last Sunday then read the reviews and prepared for a long wait. To my delight it arrived today, well packaged and it’s lovely. So very pleased with my purchase. Easy to order and arrived in 6 days.

So glad I read the reviews before ordering. Found this brand via Sali Hughes who I absolutely respect & trust, my number one resource for researching before buying beauty/skincare/cosmetics.

I'm completely put off by the really bad delivery and service reviews, so won't be ordering right now. But I do want to order! Please fix this Violette. I don't see you stocked anywhere else in the UK.

Great product and fast delivery. I opted for the standard shipping and my bisou balms were delivered to the UK within 8 days.

Velade länge om jag skulle köpa eftersom det är dyra produkter och omdömet var så lågt. Väldigt glad att jag vågade dock, är precis den typen av läppstift jag hoppades på och har aldrig sett något jämförbart på svenska marknaden. Behövde aldrig använda kundservice så den kan jag inte bedöma, men jag har fått god information under leveransen - den tog lite tid men höll sig inom det som de hade uppgett så jag är på det stora väldigt nöjd.

The lip nectar is the worse lipstick I ever bought certainly because of the toxic ingredients. Yuka rated 21/100 as bad meaning it contain dangerous ingredients. It leave your lips super dry and uncomfortable.
Because you can't try in in a retail shop you have to buy it online.
You can't return your item if you don't live in the US.
Took 10 days to arrive (US to UK)
Just a disappointment.

En receptionnant le colis de Violette-FR j'ai appris que le colis a été envoyé depuis les Etats Unis, et le Lip Nectar est fabriqué en Corée du Sud.
Empreinte carbonne géante pour un tout petit rouge à levres et manque de transparence totale concernant les origines de cette marque soit disant "française".

Ordered impulsively then checked Trustpilot and thought I had just thrown money away. BUT from order to deliver (from US to UK) only took 8 days and I am over the moon with the Bisou Balm. Lovely colours, nourishing and kiss proof! I am thoroughly pleased and thought it best to give a positive review for anyone else worried by the bad reviews.

Fatto un ordine il 3 giugno. Siamo al 24 e non ho ricevuto nulla. Non solo. Ho contattato più volte il servizio clienti che mi continua a girare il link di tracciamento. Peccato che è aggiornato al 20. Ho contattato anche gls che mi ha detto chiaramente che il pacco non è più localizzabile e di contattare il mittente cosicché possa aprire le adeguate procedure di controllo. Peccato che loro mi hanno semplicemente risposto di aspettare ancora. Pessima la spedizione. Pessimo il servizio clienti. Chissà se riceverò mai il mio ordine e in che condizioni visto che è perso chissà dove con queste temperature

If I could have left less than 1 I would have. Ordered 5th June. Nothing. Following tracking is impossible. Has not moved from some far away place since 5th June. Dismissive and delayed response from customer service. Just terrible. I just want to give up now and get my money back but apparently noting can be done until 30 days have passed. I’ve never experienced such ridiculousness. No respect for the customer. No support. No help at all. Fobbed off multiple times. Please DO NOT buy from this company and woman. Oh my cream does some of her products if you’re desperate and next day delivery with free samples. To be honest everything I have bought from this company violette is hyped and utter cheap rubbish. Please don’t waste your money or energy on this joke of a company.

Hace dos semanas que realicé dos pedidos. Nada se sabe de ellos. El seguimiento no se actualiza y cuando escribes a atención al cliente dan respuestas automáticas con el link de seguimiento ( que ya tienes y ves que no se actualiza) y ninguna solución ni previsión. No compres. No hay más que leer la cantidad de comentarios de que no llegó su pedido.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - waited over 2 weeks for an order costing over £200. @evridelivery ignored instructions to leave with my neighbour (which is a restaurant and was open) and just left my package on the street! Sent photographic proof to customer service and was told
‘In most cases, packages show up a few days (or even up to a week) after they’ve been marked as delivered’ - it was left in the streets of SE London! It DEFINITELY isnt going to show up! All generic replies from customer service which all more frustrating. Believe the 2* rating on Trustpilot- AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Do not order!!! Only automatic replies, no status updates on order and still not arrived after more than 2 weeks.
I will end up with no money or product.
A company with this customer service I doubt can deliver a good product.
Avoid!!!

Je n'ai pas reçu mon colis malgré l'avis livré et tente depuis des semaines d'obtenir une réaction de leur part
En vain ...Ils s'en foutent contrairement au transporteur qui lui a au moins la politesse de répondre à mes mails.
Je ne peux donc que déconseiller ....

4 mails envoyés, deux réponse au premier pour me donner le numéro de suivis (que j’avais déjà hein) et qui qui n’était pas réactualisé depuis plusieurs jours… et depuis aucune réponse à mail mails suivants, ABSOLUMENT RIEN, donc je vous déconseille vivement de commander à moins de voiloir y laisser vos euros …

Bought 2 violette fr lipsticks as I thought would be lovely !
Waste of money . Bad quality from cheap packaging to the product itself .
You might as well go for the known brands that have really mastered their formulas for years . I wouldn’t recommend this product at all!
