We cannot recommend Sue highly enough. From our first interaction regarding our subclass 189 visa she provided clear guidance and took the time to address all our questions with patience and care. We applied for 864 Visa in October 2018 which was granted March 2026 once we got the S56 asking for further information, it took just 23 business days a record I am told, which tells us how efficient they were uploading the information to our immi account once we had supplied it to them. From the very beginning Kimberley looked after us every step of the way. We had updates and newsletters which made you feel they had not forgotten us. We needed to apply for a BVB B to return to the UK for a wedding, again help was there for us . We would highly recommend this company that's why I have given 5 * thank you Kimberley and the staff.

My family of four recently used Visa Go Australia to apply for both a permanent residency 190 visa and sponsorship visa 482.

The 190 ended up being granted well before the average timescale without any requests from immigration for additional information so we then didn't need the sponsorship visa.

The team are first class in their knowledge and speed in responding to our hundreds of questions. We worked with Kimberley, Darren, Misty and mostly Sue.

We had a complicated application as my son is over 18 and at university, but Sue made sure we had all the relevant information for the application and we couldn't believe it got approved in under 12 months.
