Mr Darren Chatt is such a pleasant person to deal with. He was very clear and descriptive in all his explanations and happily answered any questions I had. He went through each step of the visa process with me. After the call I can confidently say I understood everything so well, as the consultation was very informative and left no room for confusion.

I really had a good experience from VISA GO AUSTRALIA, it was a stress-free process, whenever I have inquiries their responses were always upfront, and I could not thank Darren and Misty enough in assisting me. They are highly recommended migration agents.

I I was in contact with Mr Darren for weeks. I provided all the documents and info related to me. Mr Darren insisted for a consultation in order to answer my questions and move on with a plan. In time of consultation he had lack of information and didn't know a single thing about me, my work experience or even my occupation (even though he received my resume) I can say that it was very dissapointing.
He Seemed in a rush and a bit unprofessional considering he offered a visa which I am not eligible for at all. After I confronted him he said something different.

Long story short he said because of a large number of people he cannot answer to my emails nor he can take me as his client and offered a refund. Which is acceptable, but who will refund the time I wasted with him?

Either way, I can say that I am very dissapointed, I expected a man of professional ethics and well prepared organised and to know his job. While on other hand when I met him I can say that he is kinda sloppy and lazy.
I don't recommend him as he is a gamble maybe you are lucky with him maybe you are not. It all depends to how much time you have to waste with him.

This company has helped me from the start they helped me with my 482 visa which was a very complex process if i would have tried doing that by myself but Mr Darren and Misty had helped me out and made it as smooth as piece of cake for me so thats why im very thankful to Mr Darren and Misty and to all visa go australia team. Even after that when i needed any assistance or advice i ring Darren up and he always answers my queries and is continuously helping me towards my pr process. The responsiveness and the effort they put in to achieve your visa goal is speechless i am very impressed by them and would highly recommend visa go Australia.

I’m reading the one star reviews below and I am appalled. Darren and Kimberley are so professional and forthright from the get go about everything. Applying for a visa is a risk and there are many things that can go wrong, but I was well informed of all details before commencing and any anxiety I had was always quickly dealt with in a professional way. It was worth every penny and I am so happy, living in Australia now. All I can say is thank you! VisaGo was such a lifesaver while applying for my partner visa and Kimberley and Darren have been absolutely amazing since the get go. It’s a difficult process and knowing you’ve got such professional people helping you, definitely helps. I had a wonderful experience with Kimberley all through my visa application and lodgement. Darren advised me on my visa options for Australia. This included the partner, skilled and employer sponsored visas. He clearly explained the process, timeframes, and costs of each visa to me in conversation and over email.

This provided me with the level of detail I needed to apply for an Australian visa as a Geologist. I also appreciated Darren’s honesty about which visa best suited my personal circumstances.

I have now been living in Australia for 18 months with the help of Darren’s migration assistance. I will be contacting Darren again once I’m ready to lodge my permanent residency visa. I highly recommend Darren and the Visa Go Australia team. The service and advice I received was excellent.

My partner and I spoke with Darren about lodging an Australian partner visa. Darren answered all our questions about the visa process, required documents, sponsor form, and the medical and police checks. There was information he provided that we could not find online. We were very happy we consulted with Darren before lodging our partner visa application.

After speaking with Darren we found the visa process much easier. The document checklist he provided for the partner visa gave us ideas for documents/evidence we hadn’t considered. It was also useful to see example relationship statements.

Darren has advised me on multiple Australian visa applications. First my working holiday visa, then my Covid visa and finally my partner visa. I successfully obtained my first 2 visas and am now waiting on the outcome of my partner visa.

Darren helped me choose the best visa option available to me at each stage. When I came to Australia on a working holiday visa, Darren gave me advice on the types of evidence I should start collecting with my partner in preparation for my future partner visa application. This was really helpful and made the whole process a lot smoother.

Darren answered my questions about the working conditions on my Covid visa and updated me as the rules changed.
