I could track my parcel every day. I was a bit concerned that this shipped from China when i had read that it was USA, and Australia or UK.
I received it in good order, well wrapped and within the allotted time.

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered several items and amazon delivered just the magnifying glass, nothing else. They keep saying everything was delivered but it wasn’t, and now no one will rectify this, and you can’t speak to anyone when you call. Do not recommend!!

A poorly made product backed up by a no quibble guarantee they'll replace it but with zero customer service when something goes wrong so it never gets replaced. Awesome business model...

I love my magnifying glass, AND the company was great to work with when I had a problem. The magnifying glass is super bright with multiple light settings. It can be used with batteries or a USB/wall plug. Highly recommend!

Device works like a charm. The lighting options make it easier to see the small things under any conditions.
I had an issue with charging (the USB model), so a replacement was sent without any fuss.

I bought this 30x (with loupe) magnifier a while back from amazon. used and stored it accordingly. for me its coins and precious metals. had a small issue with it down the road. contacted vision aid customer service and the issue was immediately rectified. it performs superbly, very clear and very bright. will amend this review to include pics asap.

by all means, if you are considering a magnifier, for any reason, look no further. vision aid will exceed your need in quality and service. not to mention a great price.

i will definitely be sticking with these guys for similar purchases in the future.

If I could give no star, I would; the product is a scam. My $2 glasses are clearer than this; please don't waste your money on this product; it is fake and of no use. It doesn't adjust anything, and I see blur with this, whereas I can see clearly with my $2 glasses that I got from the medical store. Remove your advertisements from the internet. I am going to report your site to the BBB and anywhere else that I can, so that people don't get cheated by this product. They don't even have a return policy, because all their products would have been returned to them. If they have a few good reviews on their site, that is because it is all fake.

I was gifted a magnifier set for Christmas in 2025. I had a problem with the lenses almost immediately, called the company and John was friendly and helpful in getting me a new set of lenses. HOWEVER I now have a problem with the lights flickering and got in touch with John again, thought I would have a great experience like before. Boy was I wrong! John has not responded to any of my emails or calls since July 3rd, 2025 to try and get a replacement headlamp. I would advise taking your money and getting a different magnifier.

I ordered the device because I paint very small miniature (6mm) and they worked great the first time I used them. The second time they started out great, but then one of the 2 (very bright!) lamps started flickering, which was like painting to a strobe light. I contacted the company, and they sent me a replacement set, complete, and said I could keep the first set for spare parts. I emailed back and said that was more than I expected, and John, the customer service guy who answered my email, said that's the way they wanted to do business, with customer satisfaction number one! I think they nail that objectve!

Claims to have a warehouse in the UK but it looks from the tracker like my order is coming from Ting Tong, sorry I meant China.

I loved receiving my handheld vision aid magnifier. I am looking at all kinds of things I’ve wanted to see up really close. It’s like having a mini microscope. I’m sending one to my granddaughter next to encourage her to look at all things a little closer. Great science aid too !

What a big help! I sew doll clothes and even with the best lighting, I sometimes can’t see the holes in the small vintage doll snaps I use. Makes the task go a lot faster and more accurately. So far I’ve only used as is. I need to put the head strap on for easier on and off.

What a fantastic experience and brilliant client care! My magnifier didn’t last as long as my previous one and after sending pictures of how it looked they sent me a new one for free! Now that’s client care after 2.5 years

I cannot believe this company's incredible customer service! These magnifiers are by far and away the best I have ever used. Light in weight, comfortable, two light settings and the best magnification i have seen. So when they broke I was gutted but love them enough to buy another pair. I emailed
customer services to tell them my problem in the hope of informing their design team and they responded by sending me a brand new set. They have definitely made me a lifelong customer. They are so vital to the tiny cross stitch that I do. Absolute game changers.
