I had an issue with the main unit and in the case is a manual card so I contacted vision aid who are in the USA I had contact back 2days later from John who asked for a few more bits of information he then ordered a new one to be sent to me he was so supportive so I would give him 5 stars
The unit is a god send if you are doing models as it has 5 different levels of magnification so you can see with great detail
The light has two settings low and high and the glass can be moved close or away from your eyes
The items are all housed in a great case to keep everything together
I would recommend this to anyone who is a model enthusiast

I love my magnifying glasses, they have made doing intricate handiwork a breeze; I use them for hand sewing, beading, making jewellery, anything close up. My kids tease me about looking like the doll maker from Toy Story 2.

I dropped them recently and damaged them, but was pleasantly surprised to find out that I could get a few parts and fix them good as new.

John and his crew are great, no hesitation in recommending the glasses or the business.

I love the product. Just what my old eyes needed for working on counted cross stitch projects!

Why is this coming from China when you say you have several places in the US to ship from. It's about time the US stops Products from China. I expected this to be here this week not 6 weeks from now. I need my magnifier glasses now. Guess I'll have to trash these and buy something else.

After a small problem with the USB cable, the seller sent me a device that works properly and will help my septenary eyes. Thank you for your efficiency in solving this small problem.

This led magnify light is fantastic for my aging eyes. I've tried other products, but this magnifier with the led lights exceeded my expectations. I also love the built in stand. Had a small issue but it was quickly resolved with help from product support.

Original lead split , Amazon no help but contacted the company and after excellent updates on the replacements received not one but two replacements

Received a defective product and sent a complaint to the email included in the instruction manual. I promptly received an answer stating that a replacement would be sent. I received a number of follow up emails informing me of the shipment status. I have received my working replacement. The entire process was handled in a prompt and expedited manner. Kudos for your professionalism and l will gladly recommend and purchase from you again. I am using this product to help in making various audio cables, including but not limited to XLR and RCA cables. It is a great aid in the soldering process.

My wife bought these for cross stitching and loves them.

We had an issue when they stopped changing but we contacted the company and couldn’t have been more pleased with their speedy reply, response and solution.

I bought a visionaid magnifer from Amazon in May of this year. They are great I paint and the Magnifer works a treat. Unfortunately they broke in Novermber. I sent an email to Visionaid and they sent me out a new pair free of charge. They have the best customer service. A lot of other big companies could learn a lot from visionaid. Thanks for a great service.
