The eyes glasses are good but I had a little problem with the head bands so I emailed direct the client assistant, they was amazing, they sent me back a brand new eye glasses.

The magnifying glasses are great, my issue is with ordering parts for them. I placed an order and my card was credited 7 day ago and the only thing I get by checking my order status is that it’s been received. There is nothing telling me when or will be shipped or the date I should receive it.

customer service was great. replacement received within 3 days of reporting that the frame cracked. thank you.

My magnifying glass was damaged during shipping. I used tape to hold it together and it’s still useable. I let the company know what happened and they sent me a new one. Awesome customer service and I would highly recommend to anyone. The magnifying glass itself is a 5 star product.

I am so impressed with the customer service I received last week! I’ve purchased a VisionAid magnifier a bit over a year ago and recently broke the clip that holds the magnifying lens. I got on VisionAid’s website and ordered a new clip for a mere $5.99. Delivery was quick, but I was unable to attach the new clip. I emailed the company, got an IMMEDIATE, courteous reply, and mailed off the new clip, broken clip and magnifier. The company must have open my package upon receipt, attached my new clip and mailed it back out on the day they received it. Amazing. I have never experienced such impressive service from any company.

Btw, I have purchased a second VisionAid magnifier so now have one downstairs and upstairs. I’ll be taking both to needlework camp to show them off and lend to my friends.

Waited days for a £22 order for 3 glass lense 3.5 strength fine_
However, the lens holder I ordered for £5 had the hinge and glass holder clip in section, but no base or screw that connects the damn thing to your hands free vision aid device. So I bought a £15 same hands free kit I bought for 50 off them ages ago and bought a cheaper one that does the same off Amazon.
Don’t buy spares as they only have them in the USA not Britain and they are expensive and the postage is a rip off. Save your money and search for cheaper but the same and don’t do what this idiot did and spend£50 on vista aid hands free kit and then 22 with shipping and waited 8 days. When I ordered a new hndsfree tonight and getting tomorrow.

After researching various magnifying glasses and styles, the VisionAid was the most ideal for my needs. I only have good things to say about the product and the customer service I received later. As far as the product goes these are my pros: 1) first and foremost, I really like the light because it is bright and can be configured in different angles, which is key for me because I use this product for reading at night in bed or just reading sitting up; 2) the nose piece is quite comfortable as well as the ear lenses. I have no Cons or dissatisfactions or at least nothing that I find unacceptable; 3) I did need customer service support and the response was quick and the right solution was provided. I highly recommend this product to anybody that maybe in the market for magnifying glasses that offer a number of great features. These are highly flexible and probably meet most needs especially given the option to select various magnification lenses that are also interchangeable. From the experiences I've had so far with this product I'm totally satisfied.

This was my second order from this company. I decided to order an additional unit so I could have one at my house in the mountains. This allow me to take my smocking and sewing projects up there and work on them. I find the glasses easy to wear, love the variety of lens for amplification gives me choices. Delivery time and notifications were excellent. Recommended this to others.

Purchased eleven months ago at a good price for a tool not used every week. At this almost first year anniversary I wasn’t able to recharge the built-in headlamp. Within minutes of posting my email to VisionAid I received an email reply. A few questions later I received notice the company was honoring their warranty hassle free. Some two weeks later a complete replacement was received. I’m impressed. Appreciate your product at a good price backed up with great customer service. Thanks.

When I received my magnifier, it would not charge the battery so the light would not work.

I contacted VisionAid directly by email, and they got back to me within 24 hours promising to send a replacement. This came within days and all is now working well.

The item itself is very comfortable to wear and does the job I need well.

I had a great experience in buying this product. Highly recommended
