Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry for your experience.

We have checked your order and we can confirm the following:

Your emails (3) were received on Saturday, outside our customer service hours.

An automatic notification was also sent to you at the time of ordering, informing you that one of the items was temporarily out of stock and the estimated dispatch time may be up to 2 weeks.

To ensure you do not feel uncertain for a moment longer, we have already refunded the full amount immediately (Monday morning) and cancelled your order.
You should see the refund confirmation shortly on your account.

The missing item actually arrived on Monday, so we would have been able to ship your order, but we fully understand that you preferred not to wait.

We hope this clarifies the situation, and we are truly sorry that this misunderstanding led to a negative experience. Our shop is reliable and ships hundreds of orders every month, and we would have been happy to assist you sooner if we had received your message during working hours.

Es tut uns sehr leid zu hören, dass Sie eine so schlechte Erfahrung gemacht haben. Das entspricht selbstverständlich nicht unserem Standard, und wir möchten uns aufrichtig für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen.
Wir haben den Fall inzwischen geprüft und die Situation vollständig geklärt. Ihre Bestellung wurde bereits vollständig zurückerstattet.

We’d like to clarify that the estimated delivery time of 1–2 weeks was indicated on the product page at the time of your order. That said, we fully understand your need for a quicker delivery, and we sincerely apologize for not being able to meet your expectations in this case.
As mentioned in our automatic confirmation email, we typically manage to resolve backorder situations much faster — and in your case, the order was cancelled and the refund processed promptly. As you kindly confirmed by email, the refund has now been received.
