Mein Flexi-Bar wurde schnell geliefert, allerdings hatte ich die Email zur Bewertung schon vor der tatsächlichen Lieferung, wo ich stutzig wurde, ob denn mit der Lieferung alles in Ordnung wäre. Kam jedoch in der darauffolgenden Woche an. Produkt, Verpackung und Zubehör komplett in Ordnung.

Produkt wurde promt geliefert. Qualität und Verpackung in bester Ordnung.

Sehr sehr langsamer Versand! Am 6.1. bestellt, am 19.1. erhalten. Wegen dem Adresszusatzes .at dachte ich, die Lieferung erfolgt innerhalb Österreichs, sie ist aber dann doch aus Deutschland gekommen. Trotzdem! Aus Verzweiflung habe ich dann vorgestern nochmal dasselbe (Deocreme) bei einem international geschmähten Anbieter bestellt, die beiden Bestellungen sind heute gleichzeitig angekommen!

I ordered on December 23th and the delivery lasted around 3 weeks!
We were at home and the postman left the notice instead of rining the bell.
Packages are too big: Melatonin even doesn't cover the surface of the package and Vit D only needs 1/4 of the package. Why so much plastic?
Recommendation: buy 1 month in advance, it will take ages until you get your order.

Extrem guter Dienst, man erhält immer was man bestellt und die Zahlungen funktionieren immer reibungslos.

The ordered product is good but I just cannot understand why the package has a size that could fit 50 packages instead of one. The product was not even in the middle of the box but in one corner. Such a waste. Please next time adjust the size of the box to the product.

Alles super geklappt. Der Transport hat sich über die Feiertage verständlicherweise etwas verzögert. Auf dem Transport dürfte eine Flasche zu Bruch gegangen sein, da eine weniger in Paket war als bestellt und die Verpackungen innerhalb des Kartons rot vom Saft waren.
Das kann passieren, ist nicht eure Schuld und nicht weiter schlimm.

Super Produkte, Angebote sind OK. Leider war das Paket und eine Packung beschädigt.

when i picked up my packet delivered by post on 31 december 2020 ; (i had to go to pick it up myself , even if i was supposed to be delivered at home like anytime you buy and you give your home adresse as delivery adress) ; it was really in horrible state, the boxes of product opened, the powder everywhere, the capsules box opened,was just astonished. Don't you have experience in delivering to clients and to well prepare your packets.
In all cases ,that is the first time am buying from them even if i don't know the quality of your product and believe me it will the last time because i cannot accept the state in which i received the products.

i took photos of everything and sent immediatly an email to them and wating for their feedback.

Ware OK, Lieferung recht lang, aber wohl auch Corona bedingt. Auf der Produktseite für Einsteiger etwas zu wenig Info über Wirkung und Einnahme.
